For a long time, homeschool felt heavier than I expected.

There were tears. Frustration. So much second guessing.
I thought homeschooling meant recreating school at home, schedules, pressure, finishing everything, doing it “right.”

And as a first-generation homeschool mom, I didn’t have a blueprint.
No one in my family had done this before. I was building it from scratch.

That’s when the Study Café was born.

Instead of trying to control the entire day, we started setting the table.
We focused on rhythm instead of rigidity.
Energy instead of pressure.
Connection instead of completion.

The Study Café shifted everything.

Homeschool stopped feeling like something we had to survive,
and started feeling like something we looked forward to.

Our learning days became softer.
Learning became cozy.
The tears became fewer.
The stress dissolved.
And… it became fun for all of us (myself included).

This guide walks you through exactly how to create your own Study Café at home,
how to mix and match your curriculum based on the energy of the day,
how to build gentle structure without pressure,
and how to turn your homeschool into something that feels magical instead of overwhelming.

If you’re a first-generation homeschool mom like me,
figuring it out as you go, wanting it to feel different than what you grew up with,

this is for you.

You don’t need to recreate public school at home.
You just need a rhythm that feels like home and this guide will show you the steps I took to get there. 🌿☕🤎
