☕ International Coffee Day Staff Morale Activity

Looking for a simple way to bring a little fun and appreciation to your staff? This International Coffee Day Activity is an easy, low-prep way to surprise your team and boost staff morale! 🤍

Hide the included coffee cups around campus for staff to find. When someone finds one, they write their favorite coffee order on it and return it to you. Then, surprise them with their drink later that day! ☕✨

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
☕ Printable coffee cup cards to hide around campus
☕ Ready-to-send staff email template
☕ Simple directions for setting up the activity
☕ A fun, ready-to-use way to celebrate your staff

Perfect for principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, office teams, or anyone looking for an easy school culture idea.

Why I love it: It’s simple, fun, and gives staff a little moment of appreciation without planning an entire event.

Print. Hide. Sip. Celebrate. ☕🤎
