This Google Form is one of my favorite leadership tools to send before the school year begins. It helps me learn more about the incredible people I have the privilege of working alongside so I can celebrate, support, and connect with them in meaningful ways throughout the year.

Inside, you'll find questions about favorite traditions, personal interests, goals for the year, and one of my favorite leadership questions: "How can I best support you this year?"

I hope this resource helps you create a school culture where every person feels seen, supported, and celebrated from day one.

📋 How to Make Your Own Copy

1. Open the Google Form using the link below.

2. Click the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner.

3. Select "Make a copy."

4. Rename your form and save it to your Google Drive.

5. Personalize the questions to fit your school community!
