Welcome Back Staff Gift-Post It Holder

Looking for a meaningful, personalized, and budget-friendly welcome-back gift for your staff?

This is the exact system I use to create personalized Post-it holders that make every staff member feel seen and appreciated.

At the beginning of the year, I ask each staff member one simple question:
"What's your educational superpower?"

Months later, I turn their own words into a personalized gift featuring their:
✨ Name
⭐ Self-identified superpower
🎨 School colors

The result? A practical gift they'll use every day—and a reminder that the strengths they bring to your school truly matter.
