WHAT DOES YOUR $397 MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
1. UNLIMITED ELIGIBLE TELEHEALTH VISITS
Healthcare questions don’t always happen when an appointment is already scheduled.
Senior Care members have access to unlimited eligible virtual medical visits during our designated service hours.
Whether your loved one has a new medical concern, needs follow-up care, or wants to discuss an ongoing condition, our team can help determine the appropriate next steps.
The value: More opportunities to address healthcare concerns without paying a separate visit fee each time an eligible telehealth appointment is needed.
2. PERSONALIZED HEALTHCARE COORDINATION
Managing multiple healthcare providers can become complicated.
We help patients navigate their care by assisting with communication, referrals, follow-up planning, and coordination between healthcare services.

Your enrollment will be completed securely through Mosley Medical’s Hint enrollment system.
Senior Care is a direct-pay medical membership, not health insurance or a replacement for Medicare. Membership services are subject to clinical appropriateness, provider licensure, service availability, and program terms. Emergency care, hospital services, outside specialist charges, laboratory fees, imaging fees, medications, and in-home visits are not included unless expressly stated in the membership agreement. Virtual care is not appropriate for medical emergencies.
