What is included

Three recorded teaching sessions, one per session of the workbook.

The Phase 1 Workbook is a complete formation companion covering Sessions 1, 2 and 3. Written in, prayed over, returned to. This is not a worksheet; it is a document of your own formation.

The Leadership Gift Assessment, a 35-question diagnostic that surfaces your primary leadership gift within the fivefold framework. Completed after Session 3, it gives you a personalised lens on your own authority before you move into Phase 2.

Monthly live Q&A — one hour, every month, open to all active Phase 1 participants. Bring your questions, your reflections, what surfaced in the workbook. Marilén holds the space.
