PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR ACCESSING ANY GLOW ACADEMY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
By purchasing or accessing any GLOW Academy product, program, or community, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase.
About GLOW Academy GLOW Academy (Generating Limitless Opportunities for Wealth) is owned and operated by Chidi Chinaka. These terms apply to all products and services offered including the GLOW Academy Community Membership, the Trading Bootcamp & Mentorship, and private 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
Intellectual Property All content, course materials, session recordings, live session replays, strategies, graphics, and any other materials provided through GLOW Academy are the sole property of Chidi Chinaka and GLOW Academy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, redistribute, resell, or publicly display any content from GLOW Academy in any form without express written permission. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund and potential legal action.
Refund Policy Due to the digital and live nature of all GLOW Academy products and services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. If you purchase the Trading Unlocked Trading Bootcamp & Mentorship and wish to cancel before the first live session begins, you may request a credit toward a future cohort by emailing glowacademytrading@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase. No exceptions will be made after.
For monthly community memberships, you may cancel at any time through your Skool dashboard and your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
Payment Plans If you purchase through Afterpay or Klarna you are entering into a separate agreement with that payment provider and remain responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of your participation in or completion of the program. Failure to complete payments does not entitle you to continued access and may result in removal from the community or program.
1-on-1 Coaching Sessions All coaching session bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session by emailing glowacademytrading@gmail.com with the subject line "SESSION RESCHEDULE — [date and time of your session]." Only one reschedule is permitted per session. If you do not show up to your session or fail to reschedule within the required timeframe you forfeit your session with no exceptions.

The information and strategies taught inside GLOW Academy are based on Chidi Chinaka's personal experience and are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing shared inside GLOW Academy constitutes financial advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results. GLOW Academy makes no guarantees regarding your income potential, trading results, or financial outcomes. Your results will depend entirely on your own effort, discipline, consistency, and individual circumstances. By enrolling you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions and any financial outcomes that result from them.
Program Access and Conduct GLOW Academy reserves the right to remove any member or student from the community or program at any time without a refund if they are found to be in violation of these terms, behaving in a disruptive or disrespectful manner, sharing proprietary content without permission, or acting in any way that is deemed harmful to the community or its members.
Session Replays Session replays are made available for your personal use and review only. Replays may not be shared, downloaded, or distributed in any form. Access to replays is contingent on your active membership or enrollment status.
Modifications GLOW Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of any GLOW Academy product or service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of GLOW Academy products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
