Free Founder Planning Kit

Free Founder Planning Kit

The planning system I use as a founder and a mum, so I'm not last on my own list.

For years I built my brand from home and planned everything except me. This kit is exactly how I plan now: me first, then the business fits around it.

What's inside:

Plan your week: my 4 rules, your "minimum version" for hard weeks, a filled-in example week, a weekly planner, a daily page and a Friday review

My 10-minute Sunday reset

How I plan my month: look back, choose three things for you, then work

My content week on one sheet: the three-posts-a-day system I use

The launch checklist I used to launch two products in one week

The simple tools I run my business on

A 28-page printable PDF. Free.

Terms and Conditions — Digital Downloads

Last updated: 1 October 2026

1. Seller and contact details

These terms cover digital products supplied through Christelle Nganhou’s Stan Store at https://stan.store/iamchristellenganhou. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the legal seller identified below.

Legal seller: Christelle Nganhou
Business address for correspondence and complaints: 97 Coleman Road, Leicester, LE5 4LE, United Kingdom
Customer support and cancellations: info@christellenganhou.com

2. What you are buying

The product description at checkout explains what is included. I Wanted More for Myself is an English-language, 33-page PDF containing Christelle’s personal transformation story, current training routine, food and macro-tracking guidance, a seven-day starting plan and worksheets. It is a one-off digital purchase, not a subscription. No physical item is supplied. Personal coaching, individual nutrition or training plans, and the separate future January programme are not included.

Put Yourself Back in Your Life is an English-language, 43-page printable PDF: a 30-day guided journal with one question a day across four weeks (Notice, Me, Want and Move), an example for each question, and a "Keep going" page. It is a one-off digital purchase, not a subscription. No physical item is supplied. It is a reflective journaling tool, not therapy, counselling or medical advice.

Any free journal sample is a separate free download. Paid-product prices and payment provisions do not apply to free samples. Purchases made on external websites, including linked retailers, are separate contracts with those retailers.

3. Price and ordering

The price of I Wanted More for Myself is £19 GBP and the price of Put Yourself Back in Your Life is £19 GBP, each as a one-off payment. The total payable, including any applicable taxes, must be shown before you place your order. Review the product, price and email address and correct any mistakes before paying. We accept your order when we send the order confirmation. If we cannot supply a paid order, we will notify you and refund it. Later price changes do not alter an accepted order.

4. Delivery and compatibility

The download link is sent through Stan to the email address entered at checkout after payment is confirmed. Where you expressly request immediate supply, it is normally sent immediately. You need internet access, an email account and a device with a PDF reader; a printer is optional. Save a copy for your own use. If the email or file does not arrive or open, check your spam folder and contact the support address above with your order details. We will help restore access or provide the remedy required by law.

5. Cancellation and refunds

For UK consumers, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day the contract is made. You can cancel without giving a reason by emailing the support address above or writing to the business address above. A clear statement is enough; using the form below is optional.

Your change-of-mind cancellation right ends when supply of the digital content begins only if you first expressly consent to supply during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose that right. We must also confirm that consent and acknowledgement in a form you can keep. Merely agreeing to these general terms does not, by itself, record that separate consent. If these requirements are not met, your cancellation rights remain. Without an express request for early supply, delivery must wait until the cancellation period ends.

Where you validly cancel, we will refund the amount due without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Once the cancellation right has validly ended, a change of mind alone does not entitle you to a refund. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty, not as described, not supplied, or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements. Depending on the circumstances, those rights may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Optional cancellation form
To: the seller at the email or business address in section 1.
I give notice that I cancel my contract for: [product].
Ordered on: [date]. Order reference, if available: [reference].
Consumer’s name: [name]. Consumer’s address: [address].
Date: [date]. Signature: [only if sending on paper].

6. Personal use and ownership

Your purchase permits you to download, store and print the guide or journal and complete its worksheets for your own personal, non-commercial use. Copyright remains with the relevant rights holders. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share the PDF or download link, or use the content in a paid course or service without permission, except where the law permits. References and links to other creators do not transfer ownership of their work.

7. Fitness, nutrition and wellbeing information

The guide shares personal experience and general education. It is not medical advice, therapy or an assessment of your individual needs. Example calorie and macro figures are not personal prescriptions. Consider your health, experience and circumstances, and seek appropriately qualified advice where needed, particularly if pregnant, breastfeeding, injured or managing a health condition. Stop any activity that causes pain or makes you unwell. Progress and results differ between people; photographs illustrate Christelle’s experience and do not promise a particular body, weight change or timescale.

8. Your rights and our responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. We remain responsible for our legal obligations to you; using Stan or a payment provider does not remove those obligations.

9. Customer information and communications

We use order details to fulfil your purchase, provide support and keep records required by law. Stan and the payment provider process information needed to operate their services. These terms do not give blanket permission to send marketing emails or replace a privacy notice. Any marketing consent is handled separately where required.

10. Complaints, law and changes

Contact the support address in section 1 with any complaint and relevant order details so we can work towards a resolution. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Nothing prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law. Any future changes apply to future orders and do not remove rights under an existing purchase.
