1.1 You agree to employ Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. so that you can obtain information and guidance about love and relationships utilising an approach that includes mindset work, energy healing and related lifestyle behaviours. You understand that all comments, ideas, suggestions, and protocols offered by Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. are solely for the purpose of aiding you in achieving your defined love and relationship goals.
1.2 You acknowledge and agree that Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. is not a therapist or psychotherapist, and the scope of these consultation services does not include treatment or diagnosis of any specific illness, disorders, or ailment. If you experience any such issues, then it is your responsibility to see a registered physician or other practitioner as determined by your own judgment.
1.3 You acknowledge and agree that Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. is not a financial advisor, accountant, or attorney, and the scope of coaching services does not include legal, accounting, business analyst advice, therapy, or psychotherapy. You acknowledge and agree that it is advised to consult with your own attorney, accountant, or financial advisor for any and all questions and concerns you have regarding your income, taxes pertaining to your specific financial and/or legal situation. You further agree that Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. is not responsible for your income and earnings, the success or failure of your business or career, the decisions you make or do not make, the increase or decrease of finances or income level, or any other result of any kind that you may have as a result of the coaching presented to you through Morgan Elizabeth’s coaching services.
1.4 You acknowledge you are personally responsible for all of your choices, actions and results. You acknowledge you alone are fully responsible for the consequences you use, non-actions, or non-use of any information provided through Morgan Elizabeth Ltd.. You acknowledge and agree that you take full ownership and responsibility to use your own judgment and due diligence before implementing any idea, suggestion or recommendation from Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. and applying it to your own relationships, life or family.
1.5 You acknowledge and agree that your success is 100% your own responsibility and depends wholeheartedly on your own effort, commitment and dedication. There are no guarantees. You understand that results are different for each individual. Each individual’s results depend on the individual’s unique background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions, and numerous other factors. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. cannot predict or guarantee that you will attain a particular result. You acknowledge and agree that your results are entirely up to you, and fully agree that there are no guarantees as to a specific outcome or results you will gain from Morgan Elizabeth Ltd.
1.6 You acknowledge and agree that Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. is not responsible for your earnings, the success or failure of your personal or business decisions, the increase or decrease of your finances or income level, or any other result of any kind that you may have as a result of working with Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. You and you alone are solely responsible for your financial results.
1.7 You acknowledge and agree that Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. is not responsible for your relationship, marriage, emotional well-being, physical, mental, emotional or spiritual well-being, the betterment or deterioration of your well-being, emotional state, or life circumstances, or any other result of any kind that you may have as a result of working with Morgan Elizabeth Ltd.. You, and you alone, are solely responsible for your results.
1.8 Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. abides by a strict, no-refund policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree and understand that you are aware of Morgan Elizabeth Ltd.'s no-refund policy. You further acknowledge that in accepting the terms of this Agreement and affirmatively seeking the benefits of the Program, you are taking full responsibility for your own success.
1.9 If you cancel attendance at, or participation in, a Program or Private Coaching for any reason whatsoever, you will not be entitled to receive a refund.
2.0 You accept that there are no refunds after a purchase is made. You accept that early withdrawals are not accepted. If you wish to stop future payments, you will be required to pay any monies owed for the remainder of the initial payment period in full on payment cancellation. You accept that if a payment is missed, your card will be charged again on a later date and recurrently until payment is successful. You accept that if you default on my plan, your access to the course will be immediately rescinded. You will be required to pay any monies owed for time spent in the course prior to default and subsequent removal. You agree Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. is not responsible for your the success or failure of your personal decisions or any other result of any kind that you may have as a result of information presented to you through our website or social media channels, or through our courses, coaching, mentorship, masterminds, retreats or through any materials or intellectual property of Morgan Elizabeth Ltd. You, and you alone are solely responsible for your results. You further acknowledge, attest, and agree that Morgan Elizabeth Ltd has in no way at any time represented, implied, warranted, suggested, promised, projected, insinuated, or made any representations whatsoever to you about your results from any purchases made from Morgan Elizabeth Ltd.
