“I got some movement!”. My SP literally said goodbye to me on April 7th and even wished me happy birthday a week early because he said he wouldn’t be in my life anymore. Today I was driving to the grocery store and I had a little moment of feeling down/falling back into the old story. So I remembered our class last night, and did your technique of reminding myself to make one small shift to embody her so I got out of my car and walked into the store a little taller, and ordered a coffee at the cafe with a little more enthusiasm and within less than a minute received two compliments from two different men.
