PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from Champagne Dreaming, LLC, operated by Kelly Roach, including digital downloads, courses, templates, memberships, applications, bundles, and related services. Champagne Dreaming, LLC is referred to below as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” Kelly Roach acts on behalf of the Company.

Start with Part A, which applies to all products. Then scroll to the additional terms for your purchase:

Part B — Anti-Social AI™: monthly subscriptions, six-month packages, lifetime access through the Leveraged Income Method, and affiliate terms.

Part C — Pillar: application access, content tools, and lifetime access where included.

Part D — Leveraged Income Method: bundle access, full-payment obligations, and lifetime access.

Part E — Other Products, Resale Licenses, and Affiliate Offers.

IMPORTANT PURCHASE SUMMARY

• Digital product sales are final, and our standard policy is no refunds, subject to rights and remedies required by applicable law.

• A payment plan is a commitment to pay the entire agreed purchase price. It is not a subscription that can be canceled to avoid the remaining payments.

• Unresolved payment-plan defaults may result in removal of access to every product included in that purchase, without a refund of payments already made, subject to applicable law.

• “Lifetime access” means access for the operating life of the specific product, not the purchaser’s lifetime or a guarantee that an application will operate forever.

• For a planned permanent product closure, we provide advance notice and an opportunity to save eligible materials and customer information, as explained below.

• Anti-Social AI™ monthly subscriptions renew until canceled.

• Questions before purchase, billing concerns, and product issues should be sent to Kelly Roach and Champagne Dreaming, LLC at kelly@champagnedreaming.com. Please contact us promptly if something is not working so we can help resolve it.

This summary is a guide. Please read the full terms relevant to your purchase.

PART A — GENERAL TERMS FOR ALL PRODUCTS

1. Agreement, Eligibility, and Purchase Details

These Terms govern our websites, storefronts, product platforms, and Company-operated communities, as well as your purchases and use of our products. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate account, contact, and billing information.

These Terms must be made available to you before purchase. By completing a purchase after being presented with these Terms and indicating your agreement through the checkout process, you agree to the applicable provisions. If you do not agree, do not purchase. Contact kelly@champagnedreaming.com with any questions before placing your order.

Your purchase includes the products, services, access period, and features expressly described in the offer you accept. Retain your purchase confirmation and billing schedule. A product-specific section controls over a conflicting general provision. A specific written offer accepted at checkout controls the price, installment schedule, subscription interval, and expressly promised inclusions for that transaction. Mandatory legal rights take priority over these Terms.

Purchasing does not include private coaching, individualized professional advice, custom development, additional applications, or third-party subscriptions unless expressly included in your offer.

2. Prices, Payment Authorization, and Promotions

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The price, applicable taxes, any separately disclosed charges, and payment schedule presented and accepted at checkout govern your purchase. Payment-plan totals may differ from pay-in-full prices only when that difference is disclosed before purchase.

By selecting a payment option, you authorize the Company and its payment providers to collect the payments described in that option. Authorization for recurring subscription charges must be expressly obtained at checkout. We do not add undisclosed installment charges or increase the agreed price of an existing fixed-price purchase.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Later discounts do not create a right to a price adjustment, refund, or credit for an earlier purchase. If a material pricing error occurs, we will notify you rather than charge an increased amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order and cancel it, we will return payments for the unfulfilled order as required by law.

Payments may be processed through Stan Store, Kajabi, or another provider used for the offer. Provider procedures do not replace our obligations to you under your purchase agreement or applicable law.

3. Digital Delivery and Access

Products are delivered electronically through downloads, email, account access, or an online platform. Check your inbox, spam folder, and purchase confirmation for delivery instructions. Contact kelly@champagnedreaming.com promptly if access instructions are missing, a download does not work, or you cannot access a purchased product.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and current email address. We will provide reasonable assistance with delivery and access problems within our control. A delivery or billing complaint is not waived solely because you did not report it immediately.

Access is licensed to the purchaser, not sold as ownership of our software or course materials. Each purchase permits one individual account unless a written offer expressly permits additional users. Access rights depend on the access period purchased, payment status, compliance with these Terms, and the product’s continued operation where lifetime access applies.

4. Refund Policy and Resolving Product Issues

Because our products are digital and access or delivery can begin immediately, all sales are final under our standard policy. We do not ordinarily offer refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, exchanges, or credits for a change of mind, lack of use, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to cancel an authorized subscription before renewal.

We want to address genuine problems. If a product is not working, something was not delivered, you believe a charge is incorrect, or you have another purchase concern, contact Kelly Roach and Champagne Dreaming, LLC promptly at kelly@champagnedreaming.com. Include your purchase email, product name, and a description of the issue. We will review the circumstances and work in good faith toward an appropriate resolution, which may include troubleshooting, correcting access, replacement delivery, correcting a billing error, or another remedy appropriate to the situation.

Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or other remedy that applicable law requires, including for an unauthorized charge, legally actionable misrepresentation, or failure to provide a purchased product. Where local law requires separate consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of the loss of a withdrawal right, those steps must be obtained separately; this paragraph alone does not remove that right.

A discretionary accommodation does not create an automatic refund entitlement for other transactions or customers. Any refund agreement will explain its effect on access and remaining payments.

5. Fixed Payment Plans: All Installments Are Required

A payment plan spreads the agreed cost of a single purchase over scheduled installments. It is not a pay-as-you-go membership, a trial, or an optional monthly purchase. You commit to completing every installment shown in the payment plan accepted at checkout.

Stopping use, leaving a community, requesting cancellation, removing a payment method, or choosing not to complete the course does not, by itself, cancel the remaining payment obligation. Any release from that obligation must be required by law or agreed to by the Company in writing.

You must keep your billing information current. If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry the scheduled charge in accordance with its procedures and your authorization. We may also send a payment reminder and instructions for updating your billing details.

Before permanently revoking access for an ordinary missed installment, we will send written notice to your account email and allow at least seven calendar days from that notice to pay the overdue amount or arrange a resolution with us. Contact kelly@champagnedreaming.com promptly if you need help. Immediate protective suspension may be appropriate for suspected fraud, unauthorized account access, or a security risk.

If the default remains unresolved after the notice period, we may suspend or revoke access to the purchased product and every component or bonus included in that purchase. Payments already made are not refunded merely because access is removed for your unresolved default. This includes access to the courses, applications, resources, and communities bundled within the Leveraged Income Method. These consequences remain subject to any remedies required by applicable law.

Removing access because of your payment default does not automatically forgive a legally enforceable remaining balance. We may seek recovery through lawful means. No automatic weekly late penalty, interest charge, collection surcharge, or attorney-fee award is created by these Terms. Such amounts are recoverable only if separately and lawfully agreed or authorized by applicable law or a court.

We will not collect more than the enforceable amount owed or obtain double recovery. If the Company fails to provide a purchased product, any right to recover unpaid installments remains subject to applicable contract and consumer-protection law.

Payment-plan default affects the purchase in default. It does not automatically revoke unrelated products purchased separately and paid for in full.

6. Subscriptions and Cancellation

A recurring subscription is different from a fixed payment plan. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions must be disclosed before purchase. Recurring charges require your express agreement.

You may cancel future subscription renewals through the subscription-management link or account controls provided with your purchase, or by emailing kelly@champagnedreaming.com from your purchase email address. If account controls do not work, contact us directly. We will honor a clear cancellation request received before the next scheduled renewal; no mandatory advance notice of 48 hours is imposed by these Terms.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your already-paid access period. You retain access through that period unless another lawful reason for suspension applies. Already-authorized charges processed before a timely cancellation are subject to our refund policy and applicable law. Charges improperly processed after a timely cancellation will be reviewed and corrected.

We will provide renewal notices and price-change notices where required by law. Courtesy reminders may also be sent, but these Terms do not guarantee a particular provider’s reminder or retry schedule. Missing a courtesy reminder does not automatically create a refund right; failure to provide a legally required notice will be handled as required by law.

7. Meaning of “Lifetime Access”

Where expressly included in your offer, “lifetime access” means access for the operating life of the specific product or application purchased or included in your bundle, while that product is maintained and made available by the Company. It does not mean your lifetime, Kelly Roach’s lifetime, the duration of Champagne Dreaming, LLC as an entity, or guaranteed permanent internet hosting or software operation.

Lifetime access is personal, nontransferable, and conditional on completing any agreed payment plan and complying with these Terms. It does not automatically include every future product, separate application, premium tier, add-on, private service, or third-party tool. Updates expressly included with the purchased product are covered while that product continues to operate; we do not promise a particular release schedule or unlimited new features.

We may maintain or migrate a product to another platform, update its technology, or replace individual features. A migration does not require continued use of the original hosting provider. Changes will not be used to arbitrarily remove the substance of a purchased entitlement. A replacement platform or comparable successor may satisfy that entitlement when it continues to provide the purchased product’s essential function or materials.

Products may eventually be discontinued because of business, legal, financial, technical, provider, security, or other circumstances. Product discontinuation is governed by Section 8. Defining lifetime access does not authorize misleading advertising, override a specific purchase promise, or remove remedies required by law.

8. Product Changes, Permanent Closure, and Saving Materials

For a planned permanent closure or removal of a product, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email to affected customers. Our standard minimum for a planned closure is 30 calendar days, with a longer period where reasonably necessary to allow customers to save the relevant materials. The notice will identify the closure date and explain the available saving or export process.

For Company-owned courses and resources, we will provide downloadable copies or another practical method of retaining eligible purchased lessons, templates, PDFs, and educational materials that would otherwise become unavailable. Third-party licensing restrictions may limit what can be distributed; we will explain relevant restrictions and use reasonable efforts to provide a lawful alternative.

For applications, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export or otherwise save customer-created information that remains available in the application, using available export tools or another practical method. If a built-in export function is unavailable, we will provide instructions or reasonable assistance with an alternative way to retain accessible content. This does not include our source code, private system prompts, software infrastructure, third-party proprietary technology, or other customers’ information.

A saved copy of application content does not reproduce the functioning application. After closure, you may retain eligible saved materials under your existing license, but you will no longer be able to use the discontinued app or generate new outputs through it. We do not promise to transfer ownership, source code, or a self-hosted version of an app.

An emergency, legal restriction, security incident, sudden provider shutdown, or other circumstance beyond our reasonable control may prevent advance notice or immediate export. In that situation, we will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable and use commercially reasonable efforts to recover accessible materials and provide a practical saving opportunity when lawful and technically possible. We cannot guarantee recovery of information that has become irretrievably unavailable.

Keep independent backups of your business information and generated content throughout your use of our products. You are responsible for completing the saving steps communicated in a closure notice. We do not guarantee indefinite storage after closure or account termination.

We will stop future subscription charges for a permanently discontinued service. Payments for previously delivered access are governed by the refund policy, but we will provide any refund, credit, release from unperformed payment obligations, or other remedy required by law. Lifetime access ending with the product’s operating life does not, by itself, create a refund entitlement for previously provided access.

9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Business Use

The Company and its licensors retain their rights in our course recordings, written lessons, software, designs, branding, templates, proprietary frameworks, system prompts, and other protected materials. Purchases grant a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for your individual use and your own business, subject to the purchased offer and any express resale license.

You may apply what you learn to your business, create your own original products, and use customer-facing outputs and editable templates for the business purposes the product expressly permits. You may not copy or redistribute our protected lessons, reproduce proprietary materials as your own course, share account access, sublicense our software, or sell our templates as standalone source materials without an express license.

These Terms do not prohibit independent creation, use of general skills or ideas, lawful quotation, fair use, or other rights provided by law. They do not give us ownership of your preexisting materials or original business merely because you used our tools.

Protection of Entire Products and Individual Portions. Except for uses expressly permitted by your purchase license, written permission from Champagne Dreaming, LLC, or applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, give away, or commercially repurpose any protected Company-owned product or any protected portion of it. This includes individual lessons, chapters, sections, recordings, worksheets, templates, graphics, written instructional content, and protected compilations. You may not extract these materials to create a separate product, course, bundle, membership, freebie, or resale resource, or incorporate them into another offering. Renaming, rebranding, changing the design, translating, rearranging, combining with other material, or using AI to rewrite content does not grant permission to copy or adapt our protected expression. These restrictions apply to protected materials owned by Champagne Dreaming, LLC or Kelly Roach and do not restrict lawful use of general ideas, independently created content, or authorized customer-facing outputs. Resale or private-label permission applies only to the particular materials expressly covered by that license; affiliate status never grants permission to reproduce our products.

If a product expressly includes private label rights or master resell rights, the specific license supplied with that product defines what you may edit, distribute, or resell. No resale rights are implied for other products.

Permission to promote a product as an affiliate does not mean you own it, may rebrand it, or may resell it outside the approved affiliate process. White-label rights and multiuser licensing require a separate written agreement.

Report intellectual-property concerns to Kelly Roach and Champagne Dreaming, LLC at kelly@champagnedreaming.com with the relevant material, location, and basis of your claim.

10. AI Tools, Customer Content, and Output Review

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, bias, outdated information, or material similar to outputs generated for others. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable, legally compliant, or suitable for your intended use. Review, verify, and edit outputs before publishing, selling, or relying on them.

You are responsible for your products, advertising claims, factual accuracy, disclosures, and compliance with intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, and platform requirements. Do not rely on AI output as legal, financial, tax, medical, or other licensed professional advice.

You retain any rights you have in materials you upload. You grant the Company and necessary service providers a limited license to process those materials to operate the product, provide support, maintain security, and fulfill your requests, subject to applicable privacy obligations. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your uploads to the Company or provide permission to publish your private inputs as marketing material.

You must have permission to upload material and personal information. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card information, sensitive medical information, or confidential client information unless the product expressly supports that use and you have the necessary authorization. Third-party AI providers may process inputs and outputs under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Review the privacy information provided for the product and ask questions before submitting sensitive information.

You may use generated customer-facing content for your own lawful business purposes, subject to third-party rights and applicable licenses. This does not grant access to our underlying software or proprietary instructional materials.

11. Account Security, Acceptable Use, and Communities

Keep your login credentials confidential and notify kelly@champagnedreaming.com promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Account sharing, reselling access, scraping protected content, bypassing access restrictions, extracting private prompts, interfering with systems, malicious code, fraud, and unlawful use are prohibited. Reverse engineering is prohibited except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it.

Do not harass others, impersonate another person, distribute unlawful material, spam communities, or disclose another member’s private information. Promotion is permitted only in areas designated for it or with written permission. Community access and live sessions are included only when expressly part of your offer.

We may moderate content and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, security, intellectual property, or the lawful operation of our products. For an ordinary curable violation, we will generally provide notice and an opportunity to correct it. Serious misconduct, fraud, infringement, or immediate safety risks may require prompt suspension or termination.

Removal for a material breach does not automatically entitle you to a refund, subject to applicable law. Nothing here prohibits honest reviews, lawful complaints, reporting to regulators, or exercising consumer rights. We will not penalize you solely for a truthful negative review or a good-faith lawful payment dispute.

12. Support, Availability, and Third-Party Services

For all support and purchase questions, contact kelly@champagnedreaming.com. Support availability does not guarantee an immediate response, a particular resolution time, or custom services not included in your offer.

Our applications and hosting depend on internet services, payment processors, AI providers, and other technology. Temporary maintenance, interruptions, software errors, and third-party outages may occur. We use reasonable efforts to address issues within our control and communicate material disruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.

Third-party tools may require their own accounts, fees, licenses, and agreements. Those charges are not included unless expressly stated. Links and recommendations do not guarantee a third party’s services. If we receive a commission or other material benefit from a recommendation, we will disclose that relationship as required by law.

Events outside our reasonable control may delay performance. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to reduce disruption, notify affected customers where practicable, and resume performance. Such events do not remove applicable legal remedies or justify charging for a permanently discontinued subscription.

13. Educational Purpose, Earnings, and Professional Advice

Our products provide education, frameworks, and tools. They do not guarantee sales, followers, profit, investment returns, business success, or any other outcome. You may earn nothing or incur expenses and losses. Outcomes depend on your actions, skills, offer, audience, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Kelly Roach’s results, customer stories, and income examples describe particular experiences, not a promise of your results. Revenue is not the same as profit. Any hypothetical example will be identified as such. Testimonials must reflect genuine experiences, and material relationships must be disclosed where required.

An earnings disclaimer does not excuse false or unsupported advertising. Any claim about expected or typical results must have an appropriate factual basis and required disclosures.

Our materials are not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

14. Privacy, Communications, Feedback, and Recordings

We process account and purchase information to deliver products, manage billing, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Payment providers process billing information under their own applicable policies. Our applicable Privacy Policy, provided on the relevant website or product platform, explains further details. These Terms do not replace a Privacy Policy or grant unlimited consent to data processing.

We may email receipts, access instructions, billing reminders, service notices, and other necessary transactional communications. Marketing messages are sent subject to applicable consent requirements and may be unsubscribed from. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a purchase or subscription.

You retain ownership of your reviews and feedback. We may use voluntarily submitted product suggestions to improve our offerings without compensation, but we do not claim ownership of your reviews, private messages, or business materials. We will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable private communications, images, or customer stories as promotional testimonials.

Where a live session will be recorded, participants will receive notice. If you participate after the recording notice and provide any consent required by law, you permit your participation to be included in educational replays for the intended course audience. You may keep your camera and microphone off or contact us about another participation option. Avoid sharing sensitive information in group sessions. Use of your identifiable participation in public advertising requires separate appropriate permission.

15. Billing Concerns and Payment Disputes

Please contact kelly@champagnedreaming.com first when practicable if you believe a charge is incorrect or a product was not delivered, so we can investigate promptly. This request does not require you to miss a bank deadline or waive a lawful chargeback, dispute, cancellation, or complaint right.

We may respond to payment disputes with accurate order, delivery, access, authorization, and communication records. A reversed or unresolved payment may affect access to the associated purchase, subject to applicable law, the payment-plan notice provisions, and the outcome of the dispute. We do not impose automatic penalties for good-faith disputes.

16. Warranties and Limits on Liability

Our express purchase commitments remain in effect. Apart from those commitments and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, our websites and digital tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise a particular business result or AI-output accuracy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Champagne Dreaming, LLC, Kelly Roach, and their personnel are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products, such as lost profits or business opportunities. For ordinary contract claims where a limitation is lawful, their combined liability relating to a particular product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the preceding 12 months; for a one-time or fixed installment purchase, the cap is the total amount you paid for that purchase rather than a lookback that could reduce the cap to zero.

These exclusions and caps do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, mandatory statutory damages or remedies, liability that cannot legally be limited, or amounts we owe you under an express refund or earned-commission obligation. They do not waive applicable consumer rights. We remain responsible for fulfilling our express contractual obligations.

17. Responsibility for Third-Party Claims

If your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim against Champagne Dreaming, LLC or Kelly Roach, you are responsible for reasonable resulting losses and defense costs to the extent applicable law permits. This obligation does not extend to losses caused by our own wrongdoing, your lawful consumer complaint, or your honest review.

We will provide reasonable notice of such a claim and a fair opportunity to participate in its defense. No settlement imposing an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you will be entered into without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

18. Governing Law and Resolving Disputes

New Jersey law governs these Terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing here deprives a customer of nonwaivable protections available under applicable law in their place of residence.

We encourage good-faith efforts to resolve concerns by emailing kelly@champagnedreaming.com. Informal resolution does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, meeting a legal deadline, using small claims court, or contacting a regulator.

Where legally permitted, disputes may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in New Jersey. If mandatory consumer law permits another forum, that right remains available. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

19. Changes, Existing Purchases, and General Contract Provisions

We may update these Terms for future purchases and ongoing services. Material changes affecting ongoing access will be communicated with reasonable advance notice, and additional consent will be obtained where required. We will not retroactively increase a fixed purchase price, rewrite an accepted installment schedule, or remove vested purchase rights merely by posting an updated page.

Existing purchases remain subject to the terms accepted when purchased unless the customer validly agrees to an amendment or applicable law provides otherwise. This October 2026 document does not automatically change earlier agreements.

These Terms, the specific accepted purchase offer, and applicable express product licenses form the agreement concerning your purchase. They do not extinguish rights arising from actionable misrepresentations. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly addresses the same subject.

If a provision is invalid, it will be severed or narrowed only as law permits without invalidating the remaining lawful provisions. A delayed enforcement or one-time accommodation is not a permanent waiver. Obligations that reasonably continue after access ends, including lawful payment obligations, intellectual-property restrictions, and accrued commission obligations, survive termination.

PART B — ANTI-SOCIAL AI™ SPECIFIC TERMS

20. Product and Access Options

Anti-Social AI™ is an AI-assisted platform for developing digital products, positioning a business, and creating supporting brand, launch, and marketing materials. It supports your work; it does not perform every business task for you or guarantee an outcome.

Anti-Social AI™ may be purchased through a monthly subscription or a six-month package at the price displayed for the selected offer. Lifetime access is available only when expressly included in a Leveraged Income Method purchase. A monthly subscription or six-month package does not become lifetime access because you remain subscribed for a particular period.

21. Monthly Subscriptions, Six-Month Packages, and Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew at the agreed monthly rate until canceled. Your initial purchase date ordinarily determines your monthly billing date. For example, if you purchase on the sixth of the month, your card is scheduled to be charged on the sixth of each following month while your subscription remains active. Where a month does not contain the original billing day, the provider's disclosed calendar adjustment applies. Your actual renewal schedule is shown in your purchase confirmation or account.

You are responsible for monitoring your renewal date and canceling before the next scheduled charge if you no longer wish to remain a member. Not using the app, removing a saved card, or overlooking a courtesy reminder does not cancel the subscription. An authorized renewal processed before you cancel is not ordinarily refundable, subject to applicable law and the billing-error provisions in these Terms.

For an active and uninterrupted monthly subscription carrying our price-lock guarantee, your initial monthly rate remains locked while that subscription continues. Canceling or allowing the subscription to end may end that price lock; a new subscription is purchased at the then-current rate.

A six-month package provides six months of access beginning on the access date stated in your purchase confirmation. It is prepaid for that period, with no standard prorated refund for unused time. It ends after the purchased period unless you separately purchase another term.

To cancel future renewals, use your subscription-management controls inside Kajabi or Stan Store or email kelly@champagnedreaming.com before the next renewal. You retain access through the already-paid period. The general cancellation, failed-payment, refund, and legal-rights provisions apply.

An ended monthly subscription does not provide access after the paid period unless you hold a separate valid lifetime entitlement through the Leveraged Income Method. Canceling a subscription does not cancel a separate fixed payment plan for that bundle.

22. Lifetime Access and Anti-Social AI™ Closure

Lifetime access included through the Leveraged Income Method means access for Anti-Social AI™’s operating life, subject to the bundle’s full-payment requirements and these Terms. It does not mean guaranteed perpetual application operation or ownership of the software.

For a planned permanent closure, the notice and saving protections in Section 8 apply, including at least 30 calendar days’ notice and a reasonable opportunity to save accessible customer-created plans, content, and eligible educational materials. Emergency exceptions and reasonable recovery efforts are also governed by Section 8. After closure, saved content can be retained under the applicable license, but the app will no longer be available for use.

23. Affiliate Eligibility and Approval

To begin or continue actively promoting Anti-Social AI™ as an affiliate, you must be at least 18, hold a current paid Anti-Social AI™ monthly subscription or six-month membership in good standing, and complete the affiliate enrollment and any approval process communicated by the Company.

Lifetime access through the Leveraged Income Method does not, by itself, satisfy this separate paid-membership requirement for active Anti-Social AI™ affiliate promotion. Affiliate participation is optional and does not change the access rights purchased for personal use.

Receipt of a referral link does not override eligibility requirements. Use of an affiliate link after being presented with these affiliate terms constitutes agreement to them through the applicable enrollment process. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, agents, or franchisees, and cannot make commitments on behalf of Kelly Roach or Champagne Dreaming, LLC.

24. Commissions, Attribution, and Payouts

Eligible affiliates earn a 50% commission on qualifying Anti-Social AI™ subscription payments attributable to their approved link, subject to the disclosed commission calculation for their enrollment. The calculation follows the affiliate offer accepted at enrollment; taxes, refunded or reversed amounts, and any processing-fee deductions expressly disclosed in that offer are excluded. We will not retroactively add undisclosed deductions.

Recurring commission is earned only when the referred customer’s qualifying payment is successfully collected and retained. No commission is owed on a free enrollment, failed installment, refunded payment, or reversed charge. There is no commission for recruiting an affiliate merely to join the affiliate program.

Attribution follows the tracking and attribution rules disclosed for the applicable checkout provider. Customers must complete the qualifying purchase through an attributable affiliate link. Browser settings, device changes, and tracking restrictions can affect attribution; a claimed referral without reliable tracking evidence is not automatically commissionable. Only one affiliate is credited for a payment.

Commissions are processed under the payout arrangements shown in the affiliate account. Provider settlement periods, verification, and lawful holds may affect timing. Affiliates must keep payout and tax information current and are responsible for their own tax obligations. The responsible payer or provider will issue tax reporting documents when required by applicable law.

If a commissionable payment is later refunded or reversed, the associated commission may be adjusted, deducted from future payouts, or recovered to the extent permitted by law. Any correction must relate to the affected transaction and be supported by an accounting.

25. Canceling Your Own Membership: Existing Referrals Continue

If you cancel your own Anti-Social AI™ membership, you must stop actively promoting Anti-Social AI™ as an affiliate when your paid membership ends. If your membership lapses through nonpayment, new affiliate promotion and referral eligibility may be suspended until the membership is restored. We may disable your link for new referrals and require removal or deactivation of existing promotional links.

Canceling or ending your own membership does not, by itself, stop recurring commissions from customers you validly referred while eligible. You continue to earn the agreed recurring commission on those customers’ qualifying collected payments for as long as each customer remains continuously active and paying for Anti-Social AI™, subject to legitimate transaction reversals and the payment and tax-verification requirements above.

If a referred customer’s paid membership ends, there is no commission on unpaid periods or after termination. A later resubscription is a new referral event governed by the then-applicable attribution and eligibility rules; you are not automatically entitled to that new subscription.

We will preserve valid prior attribution for continuing subscriptions where reasonably necessary to administer these residual commissions. A commission tied to proven fraud or an invalid transaction may be disallowed or recovered, but merely canceling your own membership is not a basis for forfeiting valid existing-referral commissions.

26. Affiliate Promotion and Disclosures

Affiliate promotions must accurately describe the product and current offer. Do not promise earnings, guaranteed results, refunds we do not offer, unlimited features not included, or independent authority to change the Company’s terms.

Clearly disclose that you earn a commission close to the recommendation or link. An appropriate plain-language disclosure is: “I earn a commission if you purchase through my link.” Do not rely solely on a profile disclosure, a separate page, or wording that does not clearly explain the financial relationship. Video and audio promotions must provide disclosures suited to those formats and required by law.

Prohibited activities include spam; fake reviews; misleading income claims; self-referrals designed to obtain a discount or commission; fraudulent tracking; impersonating Kelly Roach or Champagne Dreaming, LLC; registering confusingly similar domains or accounts; unauthorized coupon-site placements; and paid search bidding on Anti-Social AI™, Champagne Dreaming, LLC, Kelly Roach, or confusingly similar brand variations without written permission.

Official affiliate assets carry a limited license for authorized promotion only. Do not suggest you own, operate, or officially represent the Company. We may monitor affiliate promotions, request corrections, and suspend new promotion for noncompliance. The Company’s own legal responsibilities are not eliminated by assigning responsibilities to affiliates.

27. Affiliate Program Changes and Termination

We may change enrollment, promotional procedures, or commission terms for future referrals with reasonable advance notice. We may stop accepting new affiliates or new referrals. Changes do not retroactively reduce earned commissions or the agreed recurring commission entitlement for valid existing referrals described in Section 25 without a separate valid agreement or a legal basis.

An affiliate may leave the program by emailing kelly@champagnedreaming.com. We may suspend or terminate new promotional privileges for material violations, ineligibility, fraud, or legal requirements. Valid accrued commissions remain payable; disputed transaction-related amounts may be held reasonably while investigated. Existing valid recurring referral obligations are not forfeited solely because new promotion ends.

If Anti-Social AI™ permanently closes or a referred customer no longer pays for it, no commission arises on future nonexistent payments. Valid commissions already earned remain payable. Affiliate participation does not guarantee any number of referrals or income.

PART C — PILLAR SPECIFIC TERMS

28. Product Scope, Payment, and License

Pillar is a content strategy, planning, and remix application. Your access includes the features and access period expressly offered when you purchase it, either separately or through an eligible bundle. A one-time purchase is not a recurring subscription unless the offer expressly states otherwise and you agree to recurring billing.

Pillar helps develop content for your business but does not guarantee reach, engagement, leads, sales, platform approval, or unique AI outputs. Review and edit generated hooks, captions, plans, and other content before using them. The AI provisions in Section 10 apply.

You may use authorized customer-facing outputs for your own business. You may not share your login, reproduce the underlying application, extract private prompts, sell access, or white-label Pillar without a separate written license. Purchasing Pillar does not grant agency, multiuser, source-code, or resale rights.

29. Lifetime Access, Changes, and Closure

When lifetime access is expressly included in your Pillar offer or bundle, it means access for the operating life of Pillar, subject to payment and compliance requirements. It does not guarantee perpetual software operation, every future premium feature, or third-party services.

We may update features, technology, and hosting while respecting the essential purchased entitlement. For a planned permanent closure, Section 8 applies: at least 30 calendar days’ advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to save accessible content plans, generated materials, and eligible purchased resources. We will provide a practical saving method or reasonable assistance where available and lawful. Emergency exceptions and reasonable recovery efforts are described in Section 8.

After closure, you may retain eligible saved materials under your license, but Pillar’s live planning and generation functions will no longer be available. Application source code and third-party technology are not included in saved resources.

The general refund policy applies. Contact Kelly Roach and Champagne Dreaming, LLC at kelly@champagnedreaming.com promptly with billing or product concerns.

PART D — LEVERAGED INCOME METHOD SPECIFIC TERMS

30. Bundle Inclusions and Purchase Price

The Leveraged Income Method combines the educational resources and tools described in your accepted offer. The current core bundle includes Cash Flow Academy™, lifetime Anti-Social AI™ access, and Pillar access as described at purchase. Your order’s stated inclusions control, including any expressly included bonuses or access conditions.

The purchase price is the price presented and accepted at checkout for your selected offer. A later price change does not alter an earlier purchase agreement or create a refund or price-adjustment entitlement.

If you choose a payment plan, the installment amount, number of payments, dates, and total you accept at checkout govern. The installment total may differ from the pay-in-full price if disclosed before purchase. You owe the agreed payment-plan total for your order, not a later or different advertised price.

31. Payment Plans Are Binding Purchase Commitments

A Leveraged Income Method payment plan is a fixed purchase paid in installments, not a cancel-anytime subscription. You must complete all payments accepted at checkout. Receiving access after the first installment does not mean the bundle is paid in full or that later installments are optional.

Not using the products, leaving the community, changing your mind, or removing your payment method does not automatically cancel the remaining balance. Any different arrangement must be required by law or agreed to by the Company in writing.

If an installment fails, keep your billing information current and contact kelly@champagnedreaming.com for assistance. We will provide the notice and minimum seven-calendar-day opportunity to resolve an ordinary default described in Section 5.

If payment remains unresolved after that notice period, access to all components supplied through that Leveraged Income Method purchase may be suspended or revoked, including Cash Flow Academy™, Anti-Social AI™, Pillar, and included bonuses or communities. Previous payments will not be refunded merely because access is removed for unresolved nonpayment, subject to applicable law. Any legally enforceable remaining balance is not automatically forgiven by removal of access.

Paying an initial installment does not give you permanent ownership of an individual bundled product or permit you to retain unpaid bundle access. Independently purchased and fully paid access rights are not automatically canceled because a separate bundle payment fails.

32. Lifetime Access to Bundle Components

Lifetime access expressly included with the Leveraged Income Method applies separately to the operating life of each covered product. It does not mean every component will operate forever or that the entire bundle must remain in its original form. Access requires completion of all agreed installments and compliance with these Terms.

Lifetime Anti-Social AI™ access is available through the Leveraged Income Method only, as expressly included in your purchase offer. It does not itself qualify you to actively promote Anti-Social AI™ under the separate paid-member affiliate requirement in Section 23.

If a bundled course or application is permanently discontinued, Sections 7 and 8 apply to that component. For a planned closure, affected customers receive at least 30 calendar days’ notice and a reasonable opportunity to retain eligible lessons, templates, and resources or save accessible application information. Emergency limitations and reasonable recovery efforts are addressed in Section 8. A discontinued application will no longer operate after closure even when customers retain their saved content.

Discontinuation of one component does not automatically end access to other components that remain available. Any change or closure remains subject to our accepted purchase commitments and remedies required by law.

33. Bundle Refunds and Affiliate Permissions

The general digital-product refund policy applies to the Leveraged Income Method, including purchases made on a payment plan. It does not remove mandatory legal remedies. Report product or access issues promptly to Kelly Roach and Champagne Dreaming, LLC at kelly@champagnedreaming.com so we can review and address them.

Any permission to promote the Leveraged Income Method as an affiliate is governed by the specific affiliate offer accepted at enrollment and the general honesty, disclosure, intellectual-property, and lawful-promotion requirements in these Terms. Bundle ownership does not confer ownership of the products, independent resale rights, or automatic Anti-Social AI™ affiliate eligibility.

PART E — OTHER PRODUCTS, RESALE LICENSES, AND AFFILIATE OFFERS

34. Other Company Products

The general terms apply to Company-sold digital downloads, templates, courses, memberships, and other products not separately described above. Your accepted product offer determines the actual contents, access period, price, payment schedule, and any special license.

Lifetime access exists only where expressly promised and means the operating life of that specific product under Sections 7 and 8. Recurring subscriptions and fixed payment plans remain distinct. Refunds follow Section 4, subject to applicable law.

35. Third-Party Courses, Master Resell Rights, and Private Label Rights

Where we are authorized to sell a third-party course or a product carrying master resell rights or private label rights, the creator’s applicable license determines the permitted edits, resale rights, attribution requirements, minimum pricing requirements if lawful, and distribution restrictions. You must comply with that license; purchasing another Company product does not expand it.

Third-party creators may maintain their own platforms and update their products. We do not control independent changes, but we remain responsible for our own representations and obligations concerning what we sell. These Terms do not replace a creator’s lawful license or authorize us to disregard an express purchase promise.

For a third-party product promoted through an affiliate link and purchased directly from another seller, that seller’s purchase, access, and refund terms ordinarily govern its transaction. The Company remains responsible for its own advertising and required affiliate disclosures. Contact kelly@champagnedreaming.com if you are unsure who is selling a product or which terms apply before purchase.

36. Questions and Contact

Please ask any questions about product suitability, access, payment plans, subscription renewal, lifetime access, affiliate eligibility, or licensing before purchasing. If an issue arises afterward, contact us promptly so we can review it and work toward an appropriate resolution.
