Immigration by Faryal — Consultation Terms & Conditions
1. Professional Scope This consultation is provided by Faryal Hussain, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), License R532651, in accordance with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC/CICC) Code of Professional Conduct. This session constitutes professional immigration advice specific to your disclosed circumstances only.
2. Not Legal Representation Booking this consultation does not create a consultant-client retainer relationship. Faryal Hussain is not your representative with IRCC unless a separate written retainer agreement is signed by both parties.
3. IRCC Decision Authority Immigration decisions are made exclusively by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). No RCIC, lawyer, or consultant can guarantee an outcome. Information and advice provided during this consultation reflects current immigration policy and your disclosed circumstances at the time of the session.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome Nothing discussed during this consultation constitutes a guarantee, promise, or assurance of any immigration outcome including approval, refusal, processing time, or eligibility determination.
5. Accuracy of Information The advice provided is based solely on the information you disclose during the consultation. It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information. Faryal Hussain accepts no liability for advice based on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
6. Confidentiality All information shared during this consultation is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with CICC professional obligations and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
7. Consultation Fee The consultation fee of CA$200 is due in full at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable except in the event that the consultant cancels the session, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled session at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
9. Proceeding to Full Retainer If you wish to engage Faryal Hussain as your RCIC representative following this consultation, a separate written retainer agreement will be provided outlining the full scope of services, fees, and terms.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with CICC complaint and discipline procedures where applicable.
11. CICC Regulation Faryal Hussain is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Clients who have concerns about professional conduct may contact the CICC at cicc-crcic.ca.
