FAQ
Do I need Canva experience?
No. We start with foundations and build from there.
Do I need branding already?
Basic direction helps, but clarity will come during the day.
Will I really finish 36 posts?
Yes — outlined and templated before you leave.
What should I bring?
Laptop, charger, and your willingness to implement.
Accounts needed?
Free accounts for ChatGPT, Canva, and Metricool.
REFUND & REFUND POLICY
Due to limited seating and the nature of live event planning, all workshop registrations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
• Transfer your seat to another attendee (must notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior), or
• Apply your registration as a credit toward a future Intensive (if available).
No-shows are not eligible for credit or transfer.
SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
If the Intensive must be postponed due to severe weather, venue closure, or circumstances beyond our control, your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may transfer your seat or receive a credit toward a future Intensive. Refunds will not be issued due to postponement.
If you experience a medical or family emergency, please notify us before the event start time. You may request a seat transfer or future credit. No-shows without prior communication are not eligible for credit or refund.
PERSONAL EMERGENCY POLICY
If you experience a documented medical or family emergency that prevents you from attending:
Please notify us as soon as possible.
You may request:
• A credit toward a future Intensive (valid for 6 months), or
• A transfer of your seat to another attendee
Requests must be submitted in writing prior to the event start time.
No-shows without prior communication are not eligible for credit or transfer.
