Terms and Conditions — Increatus digital products

These terms apply when you buy a digital product (eBook, PDF, guide or download) from stan.store/increatus, sold by Rob Reid trading as Increatus, Peckham, London, United Kingdom. By completing your purchase you agree to them.

What you are buying: each product is a digital file described on its page. It is delivered by email and/or download link straight after payment. Please check your spam folder if it has not arrived within 15 minutes.

Your right to cancel: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, by ticking the box at checkout you ask us to supply the product immediately and you acknowledge that you lose that right to cancel once the download or delivery has started.

Faulty or missing files: if a file will not open, is incomplete or never arrived, contact us within 30 days and we will send a working copy or refund you in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Licence: you may use the product for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or redistribute it, in whole or in part, without written permission. All content and artwork remain the copyright of Rob Reid / Increatus.

Payments and your data: payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see your full card details. We use your name and email only to deliver your purchase and to answer your questions.
