These terms apply when you buy a digital product (eBook, PDF, guide or download) from stan.store/increatus, sold by Rob Reid trading as Increatus, Peckham, London, United Kingdom. By completing your purchase you agree to them.
What you are buying: each product is a digital file described on its page. It is delivered by email and/or download link straight after payment. Please check your spam folder if it has not arrived within 15 minutes.
Your right to cancel: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, by ticking the box at checkout you ask us to supply the product immediately and you acknowledge that you lose that right to cancel once the download or delivery has started.
Faulty or missing files: if a file will not open, is incomplete or never arrived, contact us within 30 days and we will send a working copy or refund you in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Licence: you may use the product for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or redistribute it, in whole or in part, without written permission. All content and artwork remain the copyright of Rob Reid / Increatus.
Spiritual and educational content: our crystal, oracle and wellbeing products describe traditional, spiritual and reflective practices. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please speak to your GP or, in the UK, call Samaritans free on 116 123.
Payments and your data: payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see your full card details. We use your name and email only to deliver your purchase and to answer your questions.
Liability: we are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from using the content against its guidance.
Law: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your part of the UK.
