You know what you need to do. Your brain has other plans.
The ADHD Rescue Kit is 521 small, practical and occasionally unhinged ideas for those days. It’s not a book you read cover to cover. You find the chapter that matches the kind of day you’re having, pick one idea that feels doable, and try it. If it doesn’t work, try another.
25 chapters, one for each kind of ADHD day
Getting things done: Getting Started, Finishing Things, Focus, Studying, Decision Fatigue, Perfectionism, Remembering Things
Your day: Starting Your Day, Ending Your Day, Time Blindness, Waiting Mode, Sleep
Home and life admin: Household Chores, Hygiene, Home & Environment, ADHD & Money
The hard days: Complete Burnout, Emotional Regulation, Sensory Overload, Self Talk, Dopamine Boosts
People: Relationships, Parenting with ADHD, Social Battery
The Miscellaneous Drawer: for everything else, like any good ADHD drawer (I had to!)

100 real-life moments
Every chapter ends with real-life examples of the ideas in action. The tax return that’s been “nearly started” for three months. The email you’ve rewritten in your head 300 times. Three loads of clean washing on the spare bed. You’ll see how a few small ideas fit together when life is actually happening.
What the ideas are like
Some are a bit strange. Race the microwave. Wear sunglasses inside. Sleep in your gym clothes. Lie on the floor.
Some are disappointingly hinged. Drink water. Write it down. Set an alarm. They’re in there anyway, because sometimes the boring thing works and we just forget to do it.
None of them are rules. They’re experiments. Take what works, leave what doesn’t, and come back later, because something that doesn’t work now might be perfect in a different season of life.

My favourite things: the timers, whiteboards, weighted blankets and other bits I recommend, all in one place

Can’t remember which chapter that idea was in? Not sure where to even start? Just type what’s going on.
The Rescue Kit Finder is a private, searchable website that comes free with your Rescue Kit. Type something like “I’m late for work every single day” or “the house is a disaster”, and it pulls together ideas from every chapter that might help. Each idea comes with the page number, so you can find it in your guide.
It works straight from your phone, so it’s there when you’re standing in the kitchen at 7:52am with one shoe on.
How it works: once you buy, you’ll get the link and password for the Finder along with your full Rescue Kit PDF. Save it to your favourites or your home screen, and it’s ready whenever your brain needs a hand. Keep in mind that the search is keyword based, not AI!

Who made this?
I’m Tash, an ADHD coach and someone who lives with ADHD every single day. I’ve spent years collecting ideas from research, from my clients and from the wonderfully creative ADHD community. This is all of them in one place.
No rush
$37 for the PDF and the Finder. It’s not going anywhere. No countdown, no sale ending at midnight. You have ADHD and I know how well sales tactics work on your impulsivity. I'm not here to sell, I'm here to help. (TBH I suck at sales anyways... clearly!) Get it when it’ll be useful.
