Why I made this

Self-doubt has a way of showing up whenever we're trying to become something we haven't been before.

Throughout my career in leadership and psychology, I've seen smart, capable people hold themselves back because they questioned whether they were experienced enough, qualified enough, or simply good enough to take the next step.

And when I entered the digital space, I saw exactly the same thing. People hesitating, comparing themselves to everyone around them, and slowly watering down what made them different in the first place.

Imposter syndrome doesn't necessarily mean you don't belong. Often, it shows up precisely because you're moving beyond what's familiar.

The answer isn't pretending you're more confident than you are.

It's understanding where that self-doubt comes from and learning how to move forward without waiting for it to disappear.
