A self-paced protocol built on polyvagal theory, somatic work, and subconscious reprogramming, for people who are ready to close the gap between who they are and who they could be.
Through your current state of being, through the separation, the gap between this current state and the desired state, and into oneness with the desired state.
In this 277 page HOS update, you will learn of the intrinsic connection each and every decision you make has on the total sum of your life. You will then apply this knowledge during your living process, through which your own answers will reveal themselves; answers that nobody else can provide to yourself, besides the deepest and unexplored parts of you.
Without such commitments, a fully actualized life will escape you, which may be the greatest detriment one can know - having let the potential of life slip through their fingers, undefined, unknown.
If you are here, it's because some part of your subconscious mind is simply curious enough to know what the blossoming of potential could feel like - because the version of you now is curious about meeting the version of you that awaits at the end of the protocol, and your current living process wouldn't bring peace in your final moments.
Become deeply familiar with and conscious of the severity of what is influencing you
Develop the discipline to direct these influences
Harness the powerful energy of empowerment in order to manifest from a position that directs
Apply this knowing to any pursuit or aspect of your living process
The discipline that works isn't the discipline of grinding harder on top of a broken foundation. It's the discipline of rebuilding the foundation. Choosing what enters your system to be processed. Curating your day at the level of breath, sleep, light, substance, attention, and word.
Your inputs build your habits. Your habits build your state. Your state builds your life.
The Internal Alchemy Protocol is the architecture for ninety days of doing this on purpose.
There are three kinds of people who find their way to this protocol.
The Stuck. You go through the motions and can't remember the last thing you actually yearned for. Your life looks fine on paper and feels flat in your body. The version of yourself you know is possible feels far away. The protocol and it's practices return signal to a body that's been numbed by decades of inputs nobody told you to question.
The Self-Saboteur. You see the life you want with brutal clarity. You know exactly what you want. You know roughly what to do. And something underneath keeps pulling you back. The same patterns. The same ceiling. The morning where the version of yourself you know is possible feels just out of reach. The protocol is your way through. The disciplined inputs, the scripting, the hypnosis; they update the patterns underneath the willpower.
The Ascender. You're already in the work. Therapy. Journaling. Meditation. Maybe plant medicine. Maybe a Huberman routine, a somatic breathwork class, a 75 Hard. You've read the books. You've had the breakthroughs. You've felt it shift. You're hungry for the next layer: integration, embodiment, depth. The protocol is your way deeper. The synthesis that takes you past the basics into a daily structure your life can fully optimize on.
Most personal development targets the wrong layer.
Talk therapy works on the cognitive brain through conversation. Useful, and slow, because cognition is only one input among many, and not the most powerful one.
Self-help books and morning routines work on output: produce more, perform more, deliver more. Useful for people whose habits, sleep, attention, and substances are already in order. Intimidating for everyone else.
The protocol works on the layer underneath all of that: the daily inputs your life is actually built from.
Breath. Sleep. Light. Substance. Attention. Words. Movement.
Change the inputs. Everything downstream reorganizes.
Ninety days. One transformation.
The Internal Alchemy Protocol is a comprehensive structure of daily practices: breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, scripting, journaling, circadian rhythm discipline, targeted supplementation, a commitment to sobriety, time in nature, and digital sovereignty. It's designed not to give you answers but to build the conditions in which your own answers can surface.
This is not a passive program. It is a disciplined return to the inputs that build a life: what you breathe, what you consume, when you sleep, who you talk to, what you let into your subconscious, what you keep out of your day. For ninety days, you stop letting your defaults run the show, once and for all.
The protocol arrives as a 277-page manual. A full architecture, daily practices, prompts, integration work, in your hands the moment you commit.
A daily email anchors you in each day's practice for the full ninety days.
A welcome orientation video to introduce and familiarize you with the process, so the first step you take is in confidence.
Integrated into your life, not stacked on top of it.
Your life is the sum of your inputs. What you breathe. What you consume. When you sleep. Who you talk to. What enters your subconscious through the words you write and the screens you stare at.
Most of what you've called your personality is downstream of those inputs, held in place by habits you never consciously chose.
The protocol is the disciplined audit and recalibration of every major input at once. Breath. Light. Movement. Food. Substance. Attention. Information. Words. For ninety days, you stop letting your defaults run the show. You guide the inputs deliberately.
What happens next is the work doing itself. Your nervous system reorganizes around the new inputs, without you having to try to regulate it. Your subconscious updates naturally through the scripting and the hypnosis without you having to force a belief change. Your habits compound across the ninety days into a structure that supports a life you actually want.
The protocol does not give you the answers. It builds the conditions in which your own answers can finally surface, and gives you the discipline to act on them when they do.
You're looking for a quick fix or an overnight transformation.
You want someone to do the work for you.
You're in acute psychiatric crisis and need clinical intervention. This is a complement to professional care, never a replacement. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed mental health professional or by dialing 988.
I'm Soula. I lost two decades to a nervous system stuck in survival and it's associated prediction models.
I tried therapy. I tried medications. I tried most modalities. Everything played a role in my arriving. It was all important. Every book, every mentor, every video, all playing a necessary role in a specific way at the exact time that it was consumed. However, arriving to the acceptance of total body and habitual symbiosis is what closed the gap.
Beyond the Internal Alchemy Protocol, I've written House of Keys, a 222-page exploration of optimized living (pending publishing). I founded Portal Meditation, a global mass meditation movement. By June 2026, I'll be a Certified Hypnotherapist (ICBCH) - formalizing a decade of lived study.
The Internal Alchemy Protocol is the system I wish someone had handed me when I was at the bottom. It's the protocol I've been building, in some form, for ten years. It's now ninety days of work you can move through in your own time.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy works on the cognitive brain through conversation. The protocol works on every layer of input that builds your daily reality: breath, sleep, light, substance, attention, language, movement. It is a complement to therapy, never a replacement. Many people find the two reinforce each other, or that certain things are more powerful at specific times throughout the life process.
How much time per day will this take?
Plan on 30 to 60 minutes a day for the practices, distributed across morning and evening. The protocol is designed to integrate into a full life, but it requires real time and real commitment. This is not a five-minute morning routine. If you want real, lasting change, you have to show up and offer real commitment.
What does the sobriety commitment cover?
Alcohol and recreational substances are off for the full ninety days. If you can't even do this for three months out of your entire life, you aren't ready to be the container for your desired reality, period. Prescribed medications continue exactly as directed by your clinician. Never adjust prescriptions without medical supervision.
What if my work requires social media?
The default is weekdays off, weekends on. If your work genuinely requires daily access, the manual offers a framework for time-boxed professional use without the consumption habits that hijack attention, like scheduling posts and planning how you'll be consuming social media. Read the relevant section before you start.
Is this safe if I'm on medication?
The practices are non-pharmacological and generally compatible with most psychiatric medications. Anyone managing a mental health condition should continue working with their prescribing clinician throughout. The protocol is not a replacement for medical care, and it does not advise discontinuing any prescribed treatment.
What if I fall behind?
You won't lose access. Lifetime access means no expiration. Restart any time. Repeat as many times as you want. The protocol is yours.
Can I get a refund?
Founders Cohort sales are final due to immediate digital delivery and the lifetime-access bonus. If something goes wrong technically (broken link, missing email, access issue) reach out and we'll fix it. Otherwise, no refunds.
What happens after I buy?
You receive an immediate confirmation email with download access to the 277-page protocol and the welcome orientation video within. The 90-day email drip begins the next morning.
(Median talk therapy prices range from $100-$200 per session, with recommendations of commitment spanning several months.)
