These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase, access, use, and affiliate participation in Boss Suite, a digital business education and mentorship program offered by Boss Suite ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By purchasing, accessing, or promoting Boss Suite, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or promote Boss Suite.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Boss Suite is a digital business education and mentorship ecosystem designed to help participants build, grow, and monetize an online business.
The program may include:
Program features, bonuses, and access levels may vary depending on the offer purchased.
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
Current Pricing
All pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
Payment is due in full at checkout unless an approved payment plan is offered directly by Boss Suite.
Because Boss Suite is a digital product with immediate access to proprietary content:
All sales are final
No refunds will be issued
No exchanges will be provided
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.
3. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Boss Suite includes an optional affiliate opportunity for eligible participants.
Participation in the affiliate program is a privilege, not a guaranteed right, and may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Boss Suite.
Tier 1 – Direct Sales
Eligible affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying direct sales.
Standard commission payouts may be:
Commission amounts may vary during promotions, discounted offers, special launches, or pricing events.
Tier 2 – Passive Commissions
Eligible affiliates participating in the approved 2-Tier Affiliate Program may receive:
Tier 2 payouts may be distributed through approved payout methods, including ACH transfer.
Tier 2 Bonus Commission
Affiliates may earn an additional $100 Tier 2 Bonus Commission on qualifying sales.
A Qualifying Affiliate Sale is defined as a sale generated by an affiliate who:
Was personally referred by the sponsoring affiliate;
Is actively enrolled in the Boss Suite 2-Tier Affiliate Program;
Remains in good standing with the Company; and
Completes a valid qualifying Boss Suite sale that is properly tracked through the Company's affiliate system.
The $100 Tier 2 Bonus Commission is only paid on sales generated by qualified Tier 2 affiliates.
No bonus commission will be paid for:
Affiliates who are not enrolled in the 2-Tier Affiliate Program;
Affiliates who have lost eligibility for Tier 2 participation;
Affiliates whose accounts are inactive, suspended, or terminated;
Referrals that are not properly tracked through the Company's affiliate system; or
Sales that are refunded, disputed, charged back, canceled, or otherwise deemed ineligible by the Company.
The Company reserves the sole right to determine qualification, eligibility, tracking accuracy, and commission validity for all Tier 2 Bonus Commissions.
Eligibility for 2-Tier Passive Commissions
Participation in the 2-Tier Passive Commission program is a privilege and is subject to ongoing eligibility requirements.
To remain eligible for any 2-Tier Passive Commissions, affiliates must maintain Active Promotional Status.
"Active Promotional Status" is defined as consistently marketing and promoting Boss Suite through approved channels, including but not limited to:
At a minimum, affiliates must complete no fewer than eight (8) promotional activities per calendar month to maintain Active Promotional Status.
The Company reserves the right to request reasonable proof of promotional activity, including social media posts, emails, webinar registrations, live presentations, or other marketing efforts.
The Company reserves the sole right to review affiliate activity and determine whether an affiliate satisfies the Active Promotional Status requirement.
Affiliates who become inactive, cease promoting the program, fail to maintain reasonable promotional efforts, or otherwise no longer contribute to the growth of the program may have their eligibility for 2-Tier Passive Commissions suspended, forfeited, or permanently revoked at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company may remove, suspend, or modify an affiliate's participation in the 2-Tier Passive Commission program at any time without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the 2-Tier Passive Commission program at any time.
Removal from the 2-Tier Passive Commission program does not affect an affiliate's eligibility to earn standard direct commissions on personally generated sales, provided the affiliate remains in compliance with all applicable Terms & Conditions, Affiliate Policies, and Compensation Plan requirements.
All decisions regarding affiliate activity, eligibility, qualification, and commission status are final and made at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. AFFILIATE ATTRIBUTION & SALES TRACKING
All commissions are automatically tracked through Boss Suite's official sales and affiliate tracking systems.
A sale will only be credited to the affiliate whose:
Unique affiliate link
Approved funnel
Checkout process
Tracking attribution
is directly connected to the completed transaction at the time of purchase.
Boss Suite is not responsible for:
Overwritten cookies
Expired tracking windows
Customer confusion
Incorrect links shared by affiliates
Purchases made through another affiliate's funnel
Purchases made through company-owned funnels
Customer claims regarding who they intended to purchase from
If a customer completes checkout through:
the resulting commission will be credited solely to the tracked source recorded by the platform.
No manual commission transfers, overrides, reassignment requests, or retroactive affiliate changes will be honored.
Platform tracking records and attribution logs are final.
5. UNAUTHORIZED DISCOUNTS & PRICING POLICY
Affiliates may not:
Alter pricing
Advertise unauthorized discounts
Create unofficial coupon codes
Offer cashback incentives
Promise refunds or rebates
Negotiate pricing independently
Misrepresent official pricing in any way
Only promotions officially approved by Boss Suite may be advertised or offered.
Boss Suite reserves the exclusive right to:
Affiliates are not authorized to negotiate pricing on behalf of Boss Suite.
Any affiliate found:
may have commissions revoked and affiliate access terminated immediately.
6. CUSTOMER & FUNNEL INTERFERENCE
Affiliates may not:
Interfere with another affiliate's sale
Redirect customers away from official funnels
Encourage customers to repurchase through different links
Manipulate attribution systems
Attempt to improperly obtain commissions
Any attempt to interfere with commission attribution or sales tracking may result in:
Immediate affiliate termination
Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
Permanent removal from the affiliate program
7. OPTIONAL AUTOMATION TOOLS
Participants may optionally subscribe to additional automation tools and systems for $37/month.
These optional tools may include:
Funnels
Opt-in pages
Email sequences
Backend automation
Support systems
Participation in these tools is optional and is not required to participate in Boss Suite or earn commissions.
Monthly subscriptions continue until canceled.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Boss Suite content is protected intellectual property owned exclusively by Boss Suite.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Videos
Training materials
Templates
Branding
Graphics
Systems
Downloads
Resources
Frameworks
Proprietary strategies
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Repurpose
Distribute
Upload
Share
Resell
Sublicense
Publicly display
any portion of Boss Suite without prior written authorization.
9. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Boss Suite provides education, mentorship, and business strategies only.
We do not guarantee:
Results vary based on effort, experience, consistency, implementation, audience, and market conditions.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
10. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Boss Suite reserves the right to:
at any time without prior notice.
Participants who purchased during pre-launch retain their originally promised pricing and access terms unless otherwise stated.
11. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACK POLICY
Boss Suite maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and payment disputes made in bad faith.
Any customer who initiates a chargeback or payment dispute may:
Lose immediate access to the program
Be permanently removed from all communities
Become ineligible for future purchases or affiliate participation
No reinstatement is guaranteed.
Commission Disputes
All commission disputes must be submitted in writing within seven (7) business days of the transaction date.
Platform tracking data, checkout records, and attribution logs serve as the final authority in all disputes.
Customer statements regarding who they intended to purchase from do not override system-tracked attribution.
All decisions are final.
12. TERMINATION
Boss Suite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if a participant:
Violates these Terms
Engages in unethical affiliate conduct
Distributes unauthorized program content
Makes misleading claims
Manipulates commissions
Participates in fraudulent activity
Damages the reputation of Boss Suite
Termination decisions are final.
No appeals are guaranteed.
