1. About These Terms These Terms of Purchase & Use apply to all purchases made from Itsfarkhana. By purchasing any digital guide, journal, workbook, template, course, mentorship or related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Itsfarkhana are digital products delivered electronically following successful payment.
3. Pricing All prices are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP). Prices may change at any time without notice; however, changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Digital Delivery Access to digital products is provided electronically. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and downloading and securely storing your purchased files. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain access, indefinite availability through third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed.
5. Refund Policy Due to the instant-access digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges and cancellations are not available once access has been granted, except where required under applicable UK consumer law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after access to a digital product has been provided, Itsfarkhana reserves the right to suspend access to purchased products while the matter is investigated and to provide proof of purchase, delivery and relevant correspondence to the payment provider.
12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Itsfarkhana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from the use of its products or services.
13. Force Majeure Itsfarkhana shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, software failures, payment processor issues or third-party platform interruptions.
14. Privacy Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and is used only for fulfilling purchases and providing related customer support.
15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
