By purchasing any digital product from Shelby Vasquez you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.

Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold through this store are digital products delivered instantly or within the stated timeframe. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to audits, courses, templates, guides, action plans, and any other downloadable or deliverable digital content.

The only exception to this policy is the UGC Creator Audit, which includes a specific performance-based guarantee outlined at the time of purchase. All other products carry no refund policy.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered via Notion portal, Google Drive, email, or direct link depending on the product. Delivery timelines are stated on each product page. If you have not received your product within the stated timeframe, please contact me at shelbyvugc@gmail.com before disputing the charge.

All content, materials, templates, and products created and sold by Shelby Vasquez are for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or claim ownership of any purchased materials. Doing so is a violation of copyright law.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after purchasing a digital product that has been delivered is considered fraudulent. If a chargeback is filed after delivery, all access to products and future purchases may be revoked.
