PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.
By accessing this website, purchasing a product or service, or checking the box indicating that you agree to these Terms & Conditions, you (“Customer,” “Client,” “Member,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and enter into an agreement with Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use this website or purchase our products or services.
1. Products & Services
Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC offers educational products and services that may include digital guides, downloadable resources, templates, memberships, communities, coaching calls, trainings, and other educational materials or services.
The specific products, services, features, and access included with your purchase will be described on the applicable sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing one product or service does not include access to other products, services, memberships, coaching, or resources offered separately by Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, services, or features when reasonably necessary.
2. Payment
You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By completing your purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method for recurring purchases.
Prices may change at any time. A future price change will not affect a completed one-time purchase.
3. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
Certain products or services may be offered as recurring subscriptions or memberships.
When you purchase a subscription, the price and billing frequency will be displayed at checkout. By completing your purchase, you authorize Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC and its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method at the stated billing interval until you cancel.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the applicable membership, community, content, or services.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a recurring membership or subscription at any time before your next billing date to prevent future charges.
Cancellation applies to future payments only. Canceling a subscription does not provide a refund for a payment that has already been processed.
After cancellation, you may continue to have access to the applicable membership or subscription through the end of your current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Once your paid billing period ends, you will lose access to subscription-only content, communities, resources, calls, and other benefits associated with that subscription.
If you cancel and later choose to rejoin, your purchase will be subject to the pricing and terms available at the time you rejoin.
5. Refund Policy
Because many of our products include immediate access to digital materials, downloadable resources, educational content, communities, or other intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated on the applicable sales or checkout page or required by law.
This policy applies to digital products, guides, templates, memberships, subscriptions, coaching, and other services.
For recurring memberships and subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable, including payments made when a customer does not cancel before the next billing date.
If Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC is unable to provide a purchased product or service, we may, as appropriate, provide a replacement, reschedule the service, issue a credit, or issue a refund.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Coaching Calls & Live Services
If your purchase includes a private coaching call, group call, training, or other scheduled service, you are responsible for attending or scheduling the service according to the instructions provided with your purchase.
Any cancellation or rescheduling requirements specifically disclosed on the applicable product page, booking page, or confirmation email will apply to that service.
Failure to attend a scheduled call does not automatically entitle you to a refund or replacement call.
Group calls, trainings, and community discussions are educational in nature and should not be considered individualized legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.
7. Educational Purposes Only
All information, resources, products, services, coaching, community discussions, and other content provided by Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC are for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, health, or other professional advice.
Laws, regulations, permits, licenses, labeling requirements, product requirements, taxes, insurance requirements, and other obligations may vary based on your location, products, and business model.
You are responsible for conducting your own research, performing your own due diligence, and consulting qualified professionals when appropriate before making decisions for your business.
8. No Guarantee of Results
We aim to provide helpful education, resources, guidance, and support, but we do not guarantee any particular result from purchasing or using our products or services.
Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC does not guarantee that you will start or successfully operate a business, obtain particular customers, generate sales or revenue, earn a particular amount of money, or achieve any other specific business or financial outcome.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your actions, decisions, experience, market, location, products, resources, and individual circumstances.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and business results.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original content and materials provided by Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC, including guides, templates, worksheets, videos, recordings, trainings, documents, graphics, written materials, downloads, and other resources, are owned by or licensed to Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, publish, upload, teach, sublicense, or commercially exploit our materials without prior written permission from Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC.
You may not share purchased downloads, membership content, login credentials, or other paid resources with individuals who have not purchased access.
10. Communities & Member Conduct
If your purchase includes access to a private community, you agree to interact respectfully with other members, Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC, and its representatives.
Harassment, discrimination, threats, abusive behavior, spam, intentional disruption, or other behavior that materially interferes with the experience of other members may result in removal from the community or termination of access.
Members may share personal or business information within a community. You agree not to screenshot, reproduce, publish, or distribute another member's private posts, questions, conversations, or information without permission.
Please use your own discretion when sharing confidential or sensitive information. Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC cannot guarantee that other community members will maintain confidentiality.
11. Testimonials
If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, feedback, photograph, or other statement about your experience with a Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC product or service, you give us permission to use and reproduce that submission for our business and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We will not knowingly present your testimonial in a misleading manner or claim results that you did not report.
12. Third-Party Platforms
Our products and services may be purchased, delivered, or supported through third-party platforms and service providers, including ecommerce platforms, course or community platforms, video conferencing providers, email providers, and payment processors.
Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC is not responsible for outages, interruptions, errors, or other issues caused by third-party platforms that are outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase, participation in, or use of our products, services, website, or content.
Our products, services, and content are provided for educational and informational purposes and without guarantees of specific results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Termination of Access
Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to a product, membership, community, or service if a customer fails to make required payments, violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, shares paid materials without authorization, or engages in conduct that materially disrupts a community or service.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with purchases and use of our products and services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
By purchasing a product or service, you consent to receiving transactional communications necessary to deliver your purchase, including receipts, access instructions, scheduling information, account notices, and other communications relating to your purchase.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
17. Changes to These Terms
Balanced Eco Refillery, LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
The version in effect at the time of a completed purchase will generally govern that purchase, except where changes are required by law or where an ongoing subscription reasonably requires updated terms. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated when required.
