Escape the Restriction Prison
I built this for the version of me who couldn't eat a single meal without doing the maths first.
For years, "health and fitness" quietly took over my life. What started as wanting to feel better turned into tracking everything, fearing "bad" foods, dreading eating out, and feeling guilty just for being human. From the outside I looked disciplined. Inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and completely trapped.
If any of this sounds familiar:
You overthink food, constantly
You feel guilty after eating
Certain foods feel "off-limits" or genuinely scary
Eating out fills you with anxiety
You obsess over calories, steps, or every small change in your body
You're stuck somewhere between discipline and burnout
You're scared that relaxing for one second means losing everything you've built
I need you to hear this clearly: you're not lazy. You're not broken. And you're really not alone. You're stuck in the restriction prison and there is a way out.
This is exactly what I wish someone had handed me when I was deep in it. Not another plan telling me what to cut. Not a 7-day fix. Something that actually helped me understand what was happening and gently work my way out of it.
This isn't a quick fix - because what you're dealing with was never going to be fixed quickly. It's a practical reset to rebuild your relationship with food, movement, and yourself. And it's not just pages to read: inside are interactive tools, honest self check-ins, and step-by-step exercises you actually work through - so you can see your own patterns clearly and start to unpick them, one by one.
Inside, you'll learn how to:
Loosen the grip of food and tracking obsession
Rebuild trust with eating, at your own pace
Face fear foods without spiralling
Eat socially without guilt or "making up for it" later
Fuel your training properly, without restriction
Find a calmer, healthier relationship with fitness
Stay confident in your body without it running your life
This was never about caring less. It's about caring without it costing you your peace. You can still love training. You can still want to look after yourself. You just don't have to be a prisoner to it anymore.
Built from lived experience - obsessive fitness, under-fuelling, anxiety, and the long, unglamorous work of rebuilding a healthier relationship with food.
It's time to stop living like a robot, and start feeling human again. 🤍
