BUILT TO SELL

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in Built to Sell (“Program”), a digital educational product offered by 4CrazyBeans LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any portion of the Program, you (“Purchaser,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Program.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Built to Sell is an educational digital program designed to teach strategies for structuring TikTok LIVE sessions, improving viewer engagement and retention, communicating offers, building audience trust, and selling products or services through live content.

Depending on the purchase description presented at checkout, the Program may include:

  • Digital training materials

  • Recorded video lessons

  • Scripts, prompts, guides, or worksheets

  • Downloadable resources

  • Examples and educational demonstrations

  • Updates or supplementary materials

  • Access to designated support or community features, if specifically included

Only the materials and services expressly listed on the checkout page at the time of purchase are included.

2. PURCHASE PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the Program is the amount displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

You authorize the Company and its third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes or processing charges disclosed at checkout.

If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for every scheduled payment. A payment plan divides the total purchase price into installments; it is not a subscription that may be canceled after gaining access.

Failure to complete a payment may result in immediate suspension or termination of Program access. Any remaining balance will continue to be owed unless prohibited by applicable law.

3. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND ACCESS

The Program is delivered electronically. Access instructions may be provided immediately after purchase or sent to the email address entered during checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct and active email address

  • Checking spam, promotions, and junk folders

  • Maintaining a compatible device and internet connection

  • Saving downloadable materials within any stated download period

  • Contacting us promptly if access information is not received

Program access is granted only to the individual purchaser and may not be shared.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, “lifetime access” means access for as long as the Company continues to own and operate the Program in substantially its current form. It does not guarantee that any particular platform, feature, community, lesson, or delivery method will remain available indefinitely.

We may update, reorganize, replace, or discontinue portions of the Program when reasonably necessary.

4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because Built to Sell is a digital product that provides immediate access to proprietary educational materials, all purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You are receiving immediate access to digital content

  • You had the opportunity to review the Program description before purchasing

  • You understand what is included

  • You are responsible for determining whether the Program is appropriate for your needs

  • Dissatisfaction, lack of participation, lack of implementation, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to achieve a desired result does not create eligibility for a refund

A refund request does not automatically suspend an installment obligation or reverse a completed purchase.

If you experience a legitimate technical access issue, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] so we can make a reasonable effort to restore access.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and address the issue.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel your agreement or eliminate a valid payment obligation.

If a payment dispute is filed, we may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant transaction documentation, including:

  • Checkout and payment records

  • The version of these Terms accepted at purchase

  • Login and access records

  • Download or course-usage records

  • Email delivery records

  • Communications relating to the purchase

  • Evidence showing that digital access was provided

We may suspend Program access while a payment dispute is pending. Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any lawful billing-dispute or consumer-protection right.

6. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

Built to Sell provides education and general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating the information and deciding whether and how to use it in your own business.

The Company does not operate your business, manage your account, create your content, communicate with your customers, or make business decisions on your behalf.

7. NO INCOME OR RESULTS GUARANTEE

We do not promise or guarantee any particular amount of income, sales, engagement, reach, followers, viewers, watch time, conversions, platform distribution, or business growth.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including:

  • Your offer and pricing

  • Your audience

  • Your communication skills

  • Your consistency and implementation

  • Your experience and effort

  • Market conditions

  • Platform policies and algorithm changes

  • The quality and demand for your product or service

Examples, testimonials, revenue references, or results shared in the Program or its marketing materials illustrate individual experiences only. They are not promises that you will achieve the same or similar results.

You accept full responsibility for your business decisions, actions, expenses, and results.

8. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

Built to Sell is independently created and operated by 4CrazyBeans LLC.

The Program is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, or any other social-media platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Platform features, policies, algorithms, eligibility requirements, and enforcement practices may change at any time. We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee continued access to any feature, account, audience, or distribution method.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable platform rules, advertising requirements, community guidelines, and disclosure obligations.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program content is owned by or licensed to 4CrazyBeans LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Videos and recordings

  • Written lessons

  • Scripts and frameworks

  • Guides and worksheets

  • Graphics and designs

  • Templates and prompts

  • Downloads

  • Branding and Program names

  • The arrangement and presentation of the materials

Your purchase provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal business education.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any Program content.

10. PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

  • Share your login or Program access

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Program materials

  • Upload materials to shared drives, communities, membership sites, or course platforms

  • Sell, license, sublicense, gift, or transfer the Program

  • Use the materials to create a competing course, guide, membership, coaching program, template, or digital product

  • Teach or present our proprietary framework as your own

  • Record, screenshot, scrape, or systematically reproduce the Program for distribution

  • Remove copyright, ownership, or branding notices

  • Use Program content to train an artificial-intelligence model or content database

  • Permit another person to access the Program through your account

You may apply what you learn to your own content, offers, and business. You may not resell or redistribute the underlying instructional materials.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may expose the responsible party to legal remedies.

11. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for protecting your login information and all activity performed through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your access credentials have been lost, stolen, shared, or used without authorization.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe an account has been shared, compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

12. COMMUNITY AND SUPPORT CONDUCT

If the Program includes access to a group, community, live call, messaging channel, or other support feature, you agree to communicate respectfully and lawfully.

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against another person

  • Spam or solicit members without permission

  • Share another participant’s private information

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content

  • Record or distribute private community conversations or calls without authorization

  • Use the community to promote competing products or services without permission

  • Disrupt the experience of other participants

We may remove content or terminate community access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, the Program, or the Company. Removal for a conduct violation does not create a right to a refund.

13. TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS

You are free to provide an honest review of your experience. Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes a truthful consumer review.

If you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, message, image, or result for promotional use, we will request any permission reasonably required before using personally identifying material in our marketing.

Testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain false or misleading claims.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Program may rely on third-party services for hosting, payment processing, email delivery, community access, video delivery, or other functionality.

We are not responsible for temporary outages, policy changes, account restrictions, security incidents, or discontinued services caused by an independent third-party provider.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative when a third-party issue materially affects delivery.

15. AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

We may correct errors, update materials, modify delivery methods, replace outdated lessons, or change supporting features when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, technical problems, emergencies, platform outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically create eligibility for a refund.

16. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Fail to make a required payment

  • Share or resell Program access

  • Infringe our intellectual property

  • Use the Program unlawfully

  • Harass participants or staff

  • Commit fraud or misuse the payment system

  • Materially violate these Terms

Termination resulting from your violation does not eliminate an outstanding payment obligation or create a right to a refund.

Sections concerning payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Program will meet every purchaser’s expectations

  • Any strategy will produce a specific outcome

  • Access will always be uninterrupted

  • Every platform feature discussed will remain available

  • All materials will remain current after a platform or legal change

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4CrazyBeans LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Program or its use.

This includes alleged losses involving revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, account access, platform reach, followers, customers, or reputation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising from the Program will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Program.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 4CrazyBeans LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Program

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights

  • Claims concerning products, services, or representations made through your business

  • Content or conduct you publish or perform using information learned in the Program

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute informally by written communication.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal action arising from these Terms will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Connecticut.

21. AGE AND AUTHORITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase the Program.

If you purchase on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

22. PRIVACY

Personal information collected during checkout, Program delivery, or support will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Payment information may be processed directly by a third-party payment processor. We may not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

23. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

24. NO WAIVER

A delay or failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the checkout-page description and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement between you and 4CrazyBeans LLC regarding Built to Sell.

They replace prior discussions, messages, descriptions, or representations concerning the Program, except for terms that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect Program, business, platform, or legal changes.

The version in effect when you purchase will generally govern that purchase unless a later change is required by law or you affirmatively agree to the revised Terms.
