AI implementation, not tech lessons. Save hours on therapy & paperwork!

The AI Toolkit for SLPs

The AI Toolkit for SLPs

$15$27

Use the Right Tool for the Right Task & Save Hours Every Week Without the Guesswork!

You already know AI could save you time.

But if you’ve ever typed a prompt, hated the output, and given up, this system is what you were missing.

You’re carrying a full caseload. Your to-do list never gets shorter. And somewhere between SOAP notes, IEP deadlines, therapy prep, and parent emails, someone told you AI would make your life easier.

So you tried it.

And you spent 20 minutes rewriting what it gave you. Or you weren’t sure if using it was even okay ethically. Or you just didn’t know which tool to use or what to type to get something actually useful.

Sound familiar?

You don’t need more AI tools. You need a system.

The AI Toolkit for SLPs is a practical, school-SLP-tested guide for using AI with confidence, intention, and zero ethical guesswork.

Built by Jennie Belén, M.S. CCC-SLP,  a school-based SLP with 25+ years of real experience, not theory.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This isn’t a generic list of AI tools anyone could Google.

This guide gives you the exact system I use as a working school SLP to cut documentation time, streamline IEP prep, and plan therapy faster, without compromising my clinical judgment or my ethics.

Inside, you’ll find three original frameworks developed specifically for SLPs:

The AI Workflow Ladder™

Know exactly which level of AI support to use for each task, so you stop overcomplicating it and start getting consistent results.

The CAM Method

A simple 3-step approach (Compose → Analyze → Modify) that keeps you ethically in control every time you use AI for IEPs, reports, or documentation.

The WW Approach

The prompting framework that finally gets AI to give you usable outputs, not generic outputs you have to rewrite from scratch.

WHAT’S INSIDE

✅ Three original SLP-specific frameworks;  the AI Workflow Ladder™, the CAM Method, and the WW Approach, so you have a repeatable system, not just a one-time read

✅ 20+ AI and tech tools- reviewed, explained, and mapped to real SLP tasks including documentation, IEP writing, therapy planning, and student engagement

✅ 15 specific ways I personally use AI as a school SLP, real tasks, real scenarios, real time savings

✅ Starter prompts by task category, therapy planning, articulation, language support, IEP goals, parent communication, and more, ready to copy and customize

✅ Ethical guidance aligned with ASHA, FERPA, and HIPAA, so you can use AI confidently and responsibly in your school setting

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

∙ You’re a school-based SLP drowning in documentation, IEPs, and paperwork

∙ You’ve tried AI but felt like you were wasting time editing bad outputs

∙ You want to use AI but aren’t sure what’s ethical in a school setting

∙ You’re tired of Googling “best AI tools for SLPs” and getting the same vague list

∙ You want a simple system, not just a tool, that actually fits your school workflow

For less than the cost of your school lunch run, you’ll have a practical AI system you can start using this week!

What SLPs are saying:

⭐ Before this, I was spending more time editing AI than saving time. Now I know exactly when to use a prompt vs. a tool, and it’s cut my documentation time significantly.

⭐ This helped me stop experimenting and start finishing my work. My IEP drafts are faster, and I’m not bringing work home.

⭐ I bought this to figure out how to use AI as an SLP and it paid off fast. Everything is laid out so clearly, I was saving time within the first week.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services sold by Jennifer Belen, doing business as The Latina SLP (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including purchases made through our Stan Store or another linked checkout platform.

By purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Products and Services Covered

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by the Company, including:

  • Digital downloads, PDFs, guides, planners, templates, prompt collections, printables, and resource bundles

  • Online courses, recorded trainings, webinars, and workshop replays

  • Recurring memberships, including the SLP AI Hub

  • Community access, live group sessions, and SLP Efficiency Labs

  • Consultations, strategy calls, coaching sessions, and other 1:1 services

  • Custom resources, tools, and services

Additional terms shown on a specific product page or checkout page also apply. If those terms conflict with this general policy, the product-specific terms will control.

  1. All Sales Are Final

Because our digital products provide immediate access to downloadable or online materials, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly offered on the product’s sales page.

This policy applies even if you:

  • Do not download, access, or use the product

  • Change your mind after purchasing

  • Purchase the wrong product

  • Do not have time to complete or use the materials

  • Decide that the product is not the right fit for your needs

If you experience a duplicate charge, receive the wrong product, or cannot access your purchase because of a technical issue, contact jenniebelenslp@gmail.com promptly so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

  1. Membership Payments and Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual memberships, including the SLP AI Hub, automatically renew at the billing frequency and price disclosed at checkout unless canceled before the next scheduled billing date.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the payment method provided at checkout to be charged automatically for each renewal period until you cancel.

Unless a product page expressly promises a locked-in membership rate, membership prices may change with advance notice. Any specifically promised locked-in rate will remain in effect only while the membership stays active and in good standing. Canceling and later rejoining may require enrollment at the current price.

  1. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time by:

  • Using the cancellation link included in your Stan confirmation or recurring-payment email; or

  • Emailing jenniebelenslp@gmail.com

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. You will continue to have access through the end of your current paid monthly or annual billing period.

Cancellation does not provide a refund for payments already processed. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused membership time, except where required by law.

To avoid the next scheduled charge, your cancellation must be submitted before your renewal date. Canceling on or after a payment has been processed does not reverse that payment.

  1. Workshops, Live Events, and 1:1 Services

Payments for workshops, webinars, live events, consultations, coaching calls, strategy sessions, and similar services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.

Rescheduling requirements, attendance expectations, and missed-session policies may be provided on the product page or scheduling confirmation. Failure to attend a scheduled session does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If the Company cancels a paid live event or appointment and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling option, the purchaser will receive an appropriate refund or account credit.

  1. Product Access

Access periods vary by product. Some purchases may provide permanent access for as long as the product remains available on the hosting platform, while memberships and subscription resources are available only while the purchaser maintains an active membership.

“Lifetime access” means access for the operational life of the product or platform, not the purchaser’s lifetime or a guarantee that a third-party platform will remain available indefinitely.

The Company may update, replace, reorganize, or discontinue materials when reasonably necessary. Membership resources, community features, live-call schedules, AI tools, and bonuses may change over time.

  1. Personal License and Intellectual Property

All products and materials remain the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own professional or personal use. School SLPs may use applicable therapy and planning materials with the students on their own caseload.

You may not:

  • Share your login information or membership access

  • Forward, distribute, copy, sell, sublicense, or reproduce purchased materials

  • Upload materials to a shared drive, website, membership, course, or resource library accessible to others

  • Share purchases across a school, district, practice, team, or organization without written permission

  • Remove copyright notices or represent the materials as your own

  • Use Company materials to create competing products or services

Each professional must purchase their own license unless a separate team, school, or district license is provided in writing.

  1. AI Tools and Professional Responsibility

Some products and memberships provide access to AI-supported resources, prompts, assistants, or custom GPTs. These tools are intended to support brainstorming, organization, drafting, and professional workflows.

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular student or situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and appropriately applying all AI-generated content before using it professionally.

These tools do not replace independent clinical judgment, professional training, legal advice, district procedures, or applicable ethical and licensing requirements.

You must not enter personally identifiable student information, protected health information, confidential educational records, or other sensitive information into Company-provided AI tools. This includes student names, birth dates, identification numbers, addresses, and other information that could identify a student.

You are responsible for following FERPA, HIPAA when applicable, employer policies, professional ethical standards, and all other privacy and confidentiality requirements.

  1. Third-Party Platforms

Products and services may rely on third-party platforms, including Stan, payment processors, community platforms, video-conferencing services, email providers, and AI platforms such as OpenAI.

We do not control and cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation, availability, features, or policies of third-party platforms. Access to certain features may change because of third-party updates, outages, account requirements, or discontinued services.

Your use of third-party platforms may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

  1. Community Participation

Membership communities are intended to provide professional education, discussion, and support.

Members must communicate respectfully and may not post confidential student information, protected health information, copyrighted materials belonging to others, spam, discriminatory content, or material unrelated to the purpose of the community.

Members may not copy, screenshot, record, or distribute another member’s posts, questions, comments, or personal information without permission.

We may remove content or terminate community access when these standards are violated. When permitted by law, termination resulting from a violation of these Terms does not entitle the member to a refund.

  1. Educational Disclaimer

All products, trainings, resources, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or individualized clinical advice.

The Company does not guarantee specific professional, financial, clinical, workload, or time-saving results. Outcomes depend on factors including the purchaser’s implementation, experience, setting, technology, caseload, and employer requirements.

  1. Account and Payment Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and account information and for keeping your payment information current.

Access may be suspended or canceled when a payment fails, a subscription expires, or an account is used in violation of these Terms.

You agree to contact us at jenniebelenslp@gmail.com to address a billing or access concern before initiating a payment dispute, without limiting any rights available to you under applicable law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, services, AI tools, communities, or third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will apply to purchases made after the revised effective date.

For active memberships, material changes affecting billing, renewal, or cancellation will be communicated as required by applicable law. Continued use of a membership after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s consumer-protection laws must apply.
