You didn’t earn a Master’s Degree to spend every evening and weekend catching up on paperwork and planning. You did it for the moments when a student finally feels understood, connects with others, and participates more fully in their world.
The SLP AI Hub is a done-for-you AI workspace built around the tasks you do every single week: evaluations, IEPs, session notes, therapy planning, and all of the paperwork that you end up tackling at home.
This task-based workspace is for school-based SLPs who want faster, simpler support for the work that keeps piling up.
Instead of opening a blank screen every time a new task lands on your plate, you have one place to go where the tools, prompts, and resources are already organized for you by task.
This is not a course, you don't watch hours of video before you can use anything. You show up with your work and the Hub helps you finish it faster.
The Hub is organized by the school SLP tasks you already complete, so you can quickly find the right tool, prompt, template, or resource.
Evaluation Report Writing: drop in your assessment results and clinical observations, and you’ll have a clear first draft of your evaluation report instead of a blank document and a due date.
IEP and Goal Writing: draft present levels, measurable goals, and other IEP sections using your student’s information and your clinical judgment so that you’re not spending hours every night writing from scratch.
Documentation: turn session data into clear SOAP notes and progress report drafts, and you’ll never start from scratch again.
Therapy Planning: create activities, practice materials, and session ideas that match your students’ goals. Your planning is finished during the paid time you have, not on the weekends.
Caseload Management: stay on top of timelines, priorities, meetings, and the moving pieces of a full caseload so that you’re not constantly thinking about it.
Data Tracking: practical tools for collecting, organizing, and reviewing student data more consistently so that you’re constantly working for progress reporting, rather than a last minute cram session.
Parent and Staff Communication: prompts and templates to write emails, gather input, share updates, and prepare for conversations or meetings so you’ll send the email when you think about it, rather than avoiding it.
Using AI Responsibly at School: guidance and checklists so you know what’s okay to put in, what isn’t, and how to protect student data.
Once a month, we’ll focus on one part of your school SLP workload and work on it together.
Each Lab has a specific topic based on what makes sense for that point in the school year. In August we’ll focus on caseload management and getting your systems set up before the year gets busy. And then, we’ll tackle:
🎯We tackle a different topic every month!
Part of the session will be a working session where I’ll walk you through the tools, workflows, and resources you can use for that month’s focus. You’ll also have time to ask questions, get help with something you’re working through, or bring a specific situation you want my input on.
You’ll leave having actually done something with what you learned, rather than adding another training to your list to implement later.
Can’t make it live? The replay will be waiting for you inside the Hub.

Community Support: Get help, share ideas, and connect with other school SLPs between live sessions.
✨The SLP AI Hub is hosted in Stan Community and can be accessed from your computer or through the Stan Communities app.
What ages or grades does it cover? The Hub supports school-based SLP work across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
Do I need to already know how to use AI? No. The tools, prompts, and walkthroughs are organized by task, and the Lab exists so you're never figuring it out alone. If you can paste your data into a chat box, you can use the Hub.
Is this only for beginners? No. It works well for beginners, but it can also save time for SLPs who have already used AI and are tired of piecing things together on their own.
What if I already have ChatGPT? The Hub includes custom AI Tools (GPTs) pre-trained for specific SLP tasks. The prompting and setup are already done for you, it's not the same as starting from a blank conversation.
Is using AI in a school setting ethical? Yes, when used responsibly. The compliance and ethics section is there specifically to help you use AI appropriately in your role.
What if I don't have time to learn something new? You don't have to. Open the section you need and begin. Everything is set up to make it as simple as possible to implement.
Can I cancel anytime? Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are billed once per year and won’t renew if you cancel before your renewal date.
