All Products, Courses, and Offers
Effective upon purchase. Applies to all digital products, courses, coaching offers, templates, guides, and any other paid or free offers available through The Strategy Room and its associated Stan Store.
The short version:
All sales are final. No refunds on any product or offer. If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to all installments regardless of usage. By purchasing or accessing any product from The Strategy Room, you agree to these Terms in full. Questions before buying? Email jnkcoaching@gmail.com.
1. Parties and Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of and access to all products, courses, digital downloads, templates, coaching programs, group offers, memberships, and any other paid or free offers ("Products") made available by The Strategy Room, owned and operated by Jessica Kaufman ("Company," "we," "us") via Stan Store and any associated platforms or channels.
By completing a purchase or accessing a free Product, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all Products unless a separate, product-specific agreement is provided in writing and signed by both parties.
Current Products include, but are not limited to: the Signature Offer Studio, the Booty Guide, coaching sessions and diagnostic calls, digital templates, SOPs, and any future offers published to The Strategy Room's Stan Store.
2. Product Types and Delivery
The following product types may be available through The Strategy Room. Specific details for each Product are described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
Digital courses and programs
Self-paced or structured multi-module courses delivered via Stan Store. Access is granted upon successful payment and is tied to the email address used at checkout.
Digital downloads
One-time purchase files including templates, guides, workbooks, and SOPs. Delivered via Stan Store download link immediately upon payment.
Coaching sessions and calls
1:1 or group coaching, diagnostic calls, or strategy sessions. Scheduling details and session delivery instructions will be provided upon purchase. See Section 7 for cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Memberships and group programs
Time-limited or ongoing access programs with recurring components. Specific billing and access terms are described on the product page and supplement these Terms where noted.
Free products and opt-in resources
Free downloads, guides, or resources offered in exchange for an email address. By accessing a free Product, you agree to receive communications from The Strategy Room. You may unsubscribe at any time. All intellectual property terms in Section 5 apply to free Products.
3. Payment Terms
One-time payments
Full access to the Product is granted immediately upon successful payment processing. All prices are listed in USD.
Payment plans
Where a payment plan option is available, selecting it constitutes a binding agreement to pay all installments in full on the schedule displayed at checkout. A payment plan is a financing option — it is not a trial period and it is not cancellable.
Installments are automatically charged on the schedule shown at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid for the duration of the plan.
If a payment fails, access to the Product may be suspended until payment is collected.
Failure to complete all installments does not release you from the remaining balance owed. Outstanding balances may be pursued through collections.
Completing only some installments does not entitle you to a partial refund of amounts already paid.

4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Due to the immediate digital nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances once a purchase is complete. This applies to all Product types — courses, downloads, coaching sessions, group programs, and memberships — and to both one-time payments and payment plans.
We encourage you to review all available product information before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a Product is right for you, please contact us at jnkcoaching@gmail.com before completing checkout.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting us directly is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with full documentation, permanently revoke access to all current and future Products, and pursue outstanding balances through available legal channels.
5. Intellectual Property
All content made available through The Strategy Room — including but not limited to course modules, video recordings, audio, written materials, frameworks, systems, templates, worksheets, scripts, and any associated resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Jessica Kaufman / The Strategy Room and is protected by applicable copyright law.
Your purchase or download grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Product for your own personal and business use only. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, screenshot, record, or download content for distribution to others.
Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any Product or its contents.
Use frameworks, templates, systems, or methodology from any Product to create a competing offer, course, or program without prior written permission from The Strategy Room.
Publicly post, publish, or broadcast Product content — including transcripts, recordings, or paraphrased frameworks — in any medium.
You retain full ownership of any business assets, offers, or work product you independently create as a result of applying what you learn. The Strategy Room claims no ownership over your original work.
6. Digital Access and Platform
All Products are delivered via Stan Store or an associated platform specified on the product page. Access is tied to the email address used at checkout and is for the individual purchaser only.
You may not share login credentials or grant access to any other person.
Accessing Products through multiple accounts or sharing access is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
For digital courses and programs: access is granted for the stated access period, or for the lifetime of the Product on the platform where no period is specified. We intend to keep Products live indefinitely but cannot guarantee permanent availability. If a Product is retired, reasonable advance notice will be given.
For digital downloads: your file is available for download immediately upon purchase. You are responsible for saving your files. We cannot guarantee indefinite re-download availability.
The Company is not responsible for technical issues arising from your device, browser, or internet connection. If you experience access issues, contact jnkcoaching@gmail.com and we will work to resolve them promptly.
7. Coaching Sessions and Calls
The following terms apply to any purchased 1:1 coaching, diagnostic calls, strategy sessions, or live group sessions.
Scheduling
Scheduling instructions will be provided upon purchase. You are responsible for booking your session within any stated booking window. Sessions not scheduled within the applicable window may be forfeited without refund.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be forfeited at the Company's discretion. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests made in good faith.
Recording
Sessions may be recorded for your personal reference. By participating, you consent to recording. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or published without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Results
The Strategy Room's Products provide education, frameworks, tools, and strategic guidance. Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and execution.
Testimonials, case studies, income examples, and client results referenced in any Product or marketing material represent real outcomes from real people — not promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same. Your results are entirely dependent on your own action and circumstances.
Nothing in any Product constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
9. Customer Conduct
By purchasing or accessing any Product, you agree to engage with all materials and any community components in good faith. You will not:
Attempt to access Products through unauthorized means or circumvent platform security.
Misrepresent, defame, or publicly disparage The Strategy Room, its Products, or Jessica Kaufman.
Use any Product content to mislead, defraud, or cause harm to others.
Harass or disrespect other participants in any group or community component.
Violation of this section may result in immediate revocation of access to all Products without refund and, where applicable, legal action.
10. Modifications to Products and Terms
Product content
The Company reserves the right to update, improve, or modify Product content at any time. Updates will generally be additive and improvements to existing material. If significant changes are made to a Product you have purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will be maintained at thestrategyroom.co and will apply to all purchases made after the updated effective date. Continued use of any Product following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Strategy Room and Jessica Kaufman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your purchase of or use of any Product, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Missouri, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
13. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Strategy Room regarding your purchase and use of any Product. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
