Terms & Conditions

Terms and Purchase Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

These Terms and Purchase Policy apply to products and services purchased from Jessica Feldheim through the Jessica Feldheim Stan Store.

By purchasing a digital product or mentoring service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Digital products

Digital products may include ebooks, workbooks, guides, exercises, and other downloadable educational materials.

Because digital products are made available immediately after purchase, all digital-product sales are final. Refunds are not offered because of a change of mind, failure to use the materials, or dissatisfaction with personal results.

Please contact Jessica Feldheim at [INSERT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] if:

  • You are charged more than once.

  • You receive the wrong file.

  • A file is damaged or cannot be opened.

  • You cannot access your purchase.

Jessica Feldheim will make reasonable efforts to replace the file, restore access, correct the charge, or provide another appropriate remedy. Massachusetts businesses may establish their own return policies when those policies are clearly disclosed before purchase, while defective products must still be appropriately addressed.

2. Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a limited license to download, view, and print the materials for your own personal use.

You may not:

  • Share your files or login access with another person.

  • Copy or distribute the materials.

  • Resell or sublicense the materials.

  • Upload the materials to another website or platform.

  • Use the materials to create, teach, or sell a substantially similar product.

  • Remove copyright notices or claim the materials as your own.

All ebooks, workbooks, written materials, artwork, photographs, graphics, exercises, and teaching content remain the intellectual property of Jessica Feldheim unless otherwise stated.

3. Mentoring sessions

Mentoring-session purchases are non-refundable.

You are responsible for scheduling and attending your session. Requests to reschedule must be made by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

A cancellation, missed appointment, or rescheduling request made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the session.

One timely rescheduling request may be permitted. Additional rescheduling requests are at Jessica Feldheim’s discretion.

Reasonable exceptions may be considered in the event of a genuine emergency.

4. Client artwork and materials

You retain ownership of artwork, photographs, writing, and other original materials that you submit during a mentoring session.

By submitting those materials, you give Jessica Feldheim permission to view and use them only as needed to provide the mentoring service you purchased.

Your artwork, testimonials, personal information, or identifying details will not be used publicly for promotional purposes without your separate permission.

5. Educational nature of the products and services

All products and mentoring services are provided for educational, creative-development, and informational purposes.

Mentoring is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or business representation.

You remain responsible for your artistic decisions, business decisions, actions, and results.

6. No guarantee of results

Jessica Feldheim does not guarantee any specific artistic, professional, personal, or financial result.

Your progress depends on many individual factors, including your participation, choices, effort, experience, circumstances, and implementation of the material.

7. Accuracy and availability

Jessica Feldheim makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate, useful, and accessible materials.

However, products and services are provided without a guarantee that they will meet every individual need or expectation.

Temporary interruptions caused by Stan, payment processors, scheduling platforms, internet providers, or other third-party services may be outside Jessica Feldheim’s control.

8. Payments

You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information.

Payments may be processed through Stan and its third-party payment providers. Those providers may maintain their own terms and privacy policies.

Prices may be changed at any time. A later price reduction or promotion does not create a right to a partial refund or price adjustment for a previous purchase.

9. Privacy

Information provided during a purchase or mentoring relationship will be used as reasonably necessary to:

  • Process the purchase.

  • Deliver digital products.

  • Schedule or provide mentoring services.

  • Communicate about the purchase.

  • Respond to questions or technical problems.

Information may also be processed by third-party services such as Stan, payment processors, email providers, video-meeting platforms, and scheduling platforms.

Jessica Feldheim will not knowingly sell customers’ personal information.

10. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or mentoring services unless a parent or legal guardian has provided permission and completed the purchase.

11. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Jessica Feldheim is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the products or services.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when products, services, policies, or legal requirements change.

The version posted at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
