SCD English Muffin Recipe
As a food scientist, I did the work for you and re-created this once favorite freezer product (Hey, Mikey!).
Use these as Breakfast English Muffins (PB&J) or Breakfast Egg Sandwiches. Also great as a sandwich roll, toasted pizza muffin or burger buns.
