This format is designed as a deep, immersive experience across two extended sessions. It allows you to fully drop into the work, moving through the entire hypnobirthing journey in a more concentrated way. This can be ideal if you prefer to dedicate full days to preparation, are working with time constraints, or feel ready to dive deeply into the process. The longer sessions create space for powerful breakthroughs, nervous system regulation, and embodied practice — often leading to a strong sense of readiness and clarity by the end. It’s an intensive yet supportive way to prepare for birth in a focused container.

About Jess & Her Approach to Hypnobirthing

Jessica is a former Mental Health Nurse specializing in child and adolescent mental health, now working as a Hypnotherapist, Master Energy Healer, Past Life & Between Life Regression Therapist, and intuitive artist. She brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and deep spiritual insight to her work, supporting women to reclaim birth as a sacred, empowering experience.

Her passion for hypnobirthing was born from her own healing journey. Raised in an abusive home, Jess carried her mother’s unprocessed trauma and fear from the womb. It took years of inner work to understand and release the impact of her pre-birth experience. This deep personal healing became the foundation for her mission: to help women consciously create calm, connected, and empowered birthing experiences—free from fear and rooted in wisdom.

Jess believes that health begins not just in the womb, but even earlier—within the ancestral wombs we are carried through. She works holistically with women to release trauma, tap into soul wisdom, and prepare emotionally, spiritually, and physically for birth. Her programs are infused with a recognition of the sacredness of birth and the soul journey of both mother and child.

Why Hypnobirthing?

Hypnobirthing supports mothers to move from fear into trust. When a mother is calm and connected, her baby feels it—because the baby’s nervous system is an extension of her own. Hypnobirthing allows mothers to return to their natural, intuitive state of ease and confidence, often lost in medicalized birth culture.

The process involves:

• Self-hypnosis to rewire subconscious beliefs about birth

• Breathing and relaxation techniques to manage discomfort and stay grounded

• Visualisation practices proven to have real physiological impact

• Education around birthing options and how to navigate the system

• Spiritual exploration, including guided past life regression, to clear ancestral and past life birth trauma

By regularly practicing these techniques, mothers reduce fear and anxiety, gain clarity about their birth preferences, and feel better equipped to navigate any outcomes with calm and confidence.

The Positive Birth Program

Jess teaches the 12-week hypnobubs program. It includes:

• Guided hypnosis audio tracks for birth preparation

• Breathing and visualisation techniques

• Birth education and personalised birthing plans (including backup planning for interventions)

• Past life regression to release birth-related traumas from previous lifetimes

• Group sessions to practice and connect in community

• Integration of Jess’s own holistic healing tools, including energy clearing and intuitive art practices

This program isn’t about bypassing medical care—it’s about reclaiming choice, reducing fear, and creating the most positive and empowering birth experience possible. Whether a mother chooses a hospital birth, home birth, or caesarean, Jess supports her to stay connected to herself and her baby throughout the entire journey.

Jess’s Why, What and How

• Why: Jess is deeply committed to helping mothers give birth in peace, not fear. Having experienced the long-term impact of birth trauma herself, she knows how vital it is for both mother and child to enter life in an environment of love and safety.

• What: She teaches 12-week hypnobubs programs for women, integrating hypnosis, breath, and clinical education to support mind, body, and soul.

• How: Jess uses the Positive Birth Program as a foundation, with additional services tailored to each mum using her unique healing modalities—blending science, spirit, and deep compassion to support each mother’s birth journey in a sacred and empowering way.
