15 min Intro Call

15 min Intro Call

Book a free 15-minute intro call and find out what's keeping you as the bottleneck in your company.

What happens on the call:
In 15 minutes, we'll talk through where you're stuck, whether I'm the right fit, and which level of engagement makes sense. For the Install or Fractional Chief of Staff, we'll follow up with a longer scoping call. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you. No pressure, no pitch deck.

If every decision still runs through you, your company doesn't need more effort. It needs an operating system.

You started this business to build something, not to be the only person who knows what's going on. When priorities change every week, meetings don't end in decisions, and projects stall between people, the problem isn't your team. It's missing structure.

That's what I build.

What changes when we work together
→ Your leadership team runs on a weekly rhythm, and meetings end in decisions.
→ Everyone knows the top priorities for the quarter and who owns each one.
→ Projects move across teams without you pushing every step.
→ You can see how the business is doing at a glance, without chasing updates.
→ The repetitive busywork runs on AI and automation.
→ You get time back to lead instead of manage.

Ways to work with me

1. Consulting Session starting at $300

One focused session to get unstuck.

Best for: Early-stage founders with one urgent operating problem who aren't ready for a bigger engagement.

What you walk away with:

  • A clear read on what's actually causing the problem

  • The first 2–3 moves to fix it

  • A short written summary of what we decided

How it works: A 60/90-minute call. You send a short intake form beforehand so we use every minute on your problem.

It ends with a plan you can put into action yourself.

*Your session fee is credited toward the Operating Intensive if you book within 30 days.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

2. The Operating Intensive starting at $2,500
One focused day long session with you and your leadership team in person for Portland-area teams, or remote. We map your priorities, bottlenecks, and ownership, and you leave with a 90-day plan and a 30-day check-in with me.

A focused reset for your leadership team.

Best for: Founders who know something is off but aren't sure where to start. You want clarity and a plan before committing to anything bigger.

What you walk away with:

  • A map of your priorities, bottlenecks, and who owns what

  • A 90-day priority plan your team agrees on

  • A written summary with next steps

  • A 30-day check-in with me to review progress

How it works: Short interviews with your leaders beforehand, then one focused session with you and your leadership team, remote or in person.

It ends with a clear 90-day plan. Many founders use it as the first step before the Install.

3. The 90-Day Operating System Install starting at $18,000

I build the system, your team takes it over, and I step out.

Best for: Founders whose company has outgrown "figure it out as we go," but who don't need a senior operator long term. You need the structure built once, done right.

What you walk away with:

  • A weekly leadership meeting rhythm, with agendas, decision logs, and clear owners

  • A quarterly planning process, plus your first quarter's priorities set

  • A KPI dashboard your team keeps up to date

  • Automated workflows for your most repetitive tasks

  • A written operating playbook, so the system doesn't live only in someone's head

How it works:

  • Month 1, Diagnose: I interview your leadership team and map what's working, what's stuck, and who owns what.

  • Month 2, Build: I design and set up the rhythm, planning process, dashboard, and automations.

  • Month 3, Hand off: I run the system alongside your team, then train them to run it without me.

It ends with your team running the system on its own. There's no ongoing commitment.

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

4. Fractional Chief of Staff starting at $6,000/month

An ongoing senior operator on your leadership team.

Best for: Founders who need a right hand, not just a system. You're growing, a lot is changing, and you need someone keeping the whole company moving while you lead.

What I do each month:

  • Run your weekly leadership meetings and follow up on every decision

  • Keep quarterly priorities on track and flag problems early

  • Drive cross-functional projects to done

  • Write internal communications and manage change as the company grows

  • Prepare your KPI reporting, [board and investor / leadership] updates, and planning

  • Keep adding and improving automations as your needs change

How it works: I'm embedded with your leadership team on a set weekly schedule, and you get a single point of contact for everything operational. 3-month minimum, then month to month.

It continues as long as you want the support. Many founders start with the Install and move into this.

Which one is right for you?

  • Consulting Session: you have one problem and want a plan.

  • Operating Intensive: you want clarity and a 90-day plan for your leadership team.

  • 90-Day Install: you want the system built, then run by your team.

  • Fractional Chief of Staff: you want someone running it with you, ongoing.

Not sure? That's what the intro call is for.

About Jill Higginbottom

Inside your business, I work as a fractional Chief of Staff. I spent 12 years at Nike, including as Chief of Staff to the VP of Global Logistics. There I ran the leadership team's operating cadence, quarterly planning, and executive reporting, including the weekly report that went directly to Nike's COO. I later managed a $1B global supply chain project portfolio and led Nike's first global Transportation Management System rollout across 14 time zones.
