Looking at yourself in perspective is probably one of the most difficult things to do. For all of us. We usually end up judging ourselves, going beyond criticism and doing no service to our personal development. It’s especially hard to be aware of what you do best. Of your talents. Of the things that can make you stand out, or stop you. The things that can make you successful in your professional career or your personal life.
We’ll help you discover your talents, define your objectives, pursuing to be stronger, to take the lead of your development, and get closer to your highest potential. We use Gallup Strengths Coaching approach and tools to make these changes happen, going through your talent’s evaluation and discovering your strengths to develop them.

It is often difficult to find a coach that challenges you to go that extra mile. Just as Covid-19 hit us, I went through some difficult moments as my speaking engagement went from 100 to 0 in a matter of a day. JM coached me through one of the biggest professional challenge to take my speaking engagement online and reach more people. I am now speaking to people and companies all around the world from my studio.
