Elite NDA & Private Protocol Agreement

This agreement protects the integrity, confidentiality, and standards of the elite coaching and speaker development environment provided by John Bibbs. By enrolling, submitting your intake, or participating in any session, you agree to the terms below.

Confidentiality Commitment

All coaching, training, speaker development, and strategic materials shared with you are confidential. This includes:

• Private calls and sessions

• Voice/text support

• Frameworks, systems, and assessments

• Intake responses and personal disclosures

• Documents, recordings, and strategic guidance

Nothing shared inside this environment may be posted, shared, taught, sold, or distributed without written permission.

Intellectual Property Protection

All methods, systems, and materials remain the exclusive property of the Coach. You receive personal use only. Replicating, teaching, or building competing programs using these materials is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Non‑Sharing

You agree not to share:

• Screenshots

• Notes

• Call content

• Private messages

• Any part of the coaching experience

No third‑party access is allowed — including partners, teams, or other coaches.

Conduct & Honor Standards

This is an elite environment. You agree to uphold:

• Respect

• Integrity

• Professionalism

• Honesty

• Spiritual alignment

Disrespect, manipulation, or dishonor may result in immediate removal.

Communication Protocol

• Approved channels only

• Business hours only

• No late‑night emergencies

• No emotional dumping

• Coach responds within agreed timeframes

Execution Protocol

You commit to implementing strategy, completing assignments, and maintaining momentum. Ghosting or inconsistent engagement violates this agreement.

Speaker Development Protocol

If applicable, you agree to complete voice exercises, message development tasks, and all feedback assignments with excellence and confidentiality.

Payment Protocol

All payments are final.

No refunds.

No chargebacks.

Payment must be completed before the first session.

Boundary Protocol

Coaching is strategic, not therapeutic. Personal crises do not override established boundaries.

Consequences of Breach

Any violation of this agreement may result in:

• Immediate termination

• Forfeiture of payments

• Legal action if necessary

Term of Agreement

This NDA remains in effect indefinitely, even after the coaching relationship ends.
