Terms of Purchase
By completing this purchase, I understand and agree that:
All sales are final. Digital products, communities, memberships, add-on modules, app access, event tickets, coaching, and done-for-you services are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Access is delivered immediately or on the schedule stated on the product page. Failure to open, download, log in, attend, or use what I purchased is not grounds for a refund.
What I purchase is licensed to me for my personal use only. I may not share, resell, distribute, or repost the materials unless the product page specifically grants me resale rights.
Results are not guaranteed. What you earn depends on your effort, your audience, and your consistency. I am sharing my own experience, not a promise of income.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate removal of access.

Please read these Terms of Purchase carefully. By placing an order, you are entering a binding agreement with Paid to Post Group LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.
1. What You Are Buying
Depending on the product you select, your purchase may include one or more of the following:
Digital products. Ebooks, guides, templates, blueprints, PDFs, vaults, prompt systems, and other downloadable or instantly accessible files.
App and software access. Login-based access to web applications, custom GPTs, and AI tools.
Community and membership access. Access to a private community, its content library, and any resources bundled with it.
Live and recorded trainings. Classes, workshops, and webinars delivered live or as replays.
Event tickets. Admission to in-person or virtual events.
Coaching and consulting. One-on-one calls, group programs, intensives, and masterminds.
Done-for-you services. Custom builds, launches, video production, and other work performed on your behalf.
The specific description on the product page at the time of purchase controls what is included.
2. All Sales Are Final
Digital products. All digital products are non-refundable. Because access is granted instantly and the material cannot be returned once delivered, we do not issue refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, duplicate purchase, purchasing the wrong product, dissatisfaction with the content, or failure to use the product.
App and software access. Access fees are non-refundable. Non-use does not entitle you to a refund.
Community and membership access. Membership fees are non-refundable at any point, including after you have entered the community, viewed any portion of the content, or downloaded any materials. Lifetime access means access for as long as the community remains active and is not a guarantee of a specific duration.
Live and recorded trainings. Training purchases are non-refundable. If you cannot attend live, you may access the replay if a replay is offered for that training. If no replay is offered, that limitation is stated on the product page before purchase, and non-attendance does not entitle you to a refund.
Event tickets. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee only with written approval from us in advance. If we cancel an event outright and do not reschedule it, we will issue a refund of the ticket price only. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, time off, or any other expense you incur in connection with an event.
Coaching, consulting, and done-for-you services. All service fees are non-refundable once payment is made, because your purchase reserves capacity, calendar time, and resources that cannot be resold. Missed calls, unresponsiveness, or failure to complete your part of the work does not entitle you to a refund or a rescheduled engagement beyond what is stated in Section 6.
Bundles and add-ons. When products are sold together as a bundle or with an add-on, the purchase is treated as a single non-refundable transaction. Individual components cannot be returned for partial credit.
3. Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered for a product, you are responsible for the full purchase price regardless of whether you continue to use the product. Enrolling in a payment plan authorizes us to charge your payment method automatically on the stated schedule until the balance is paid in full. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled to avoid the remaining balance. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the account is brought current, and any unpaid balance may be referred for collection.
4. Delivery and Access
Access is delivered by email, by login credentials, or through the platform stated on the product page, typically within minutes of purchase. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address, to check spam and promotions folders, and to keep your login credentials secure. If you have not received access within 24 hours, contact us at the email listed above and we will resolve the delivery issue. Delivery problems are corrected by delivering access, not by refunding it.
Technical requirements, including a working internet connection, a compatible device, and any third-party account required to use a tool, are your responsibility.
5. License, Intellectual Property, and Resale Rights
All content, materials, frameworks, systems, prompts, recordings, graphics, and written work sold or provided by Paid to Post Group LLC are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright.
Unless the product page expressly grants resale or distribution rights, your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own business only. You may not:
Share, sell, resell, license, gift, or distribute the materials
Share your login credentials or community access with anyone else
Screenshot, record, transcribe, or repost paid content publicly or privately
Copy, rebrand, or repackage our materials as your own product
Use our materials to build a competing product, program, or community
Some products are sold with private label rights (PLR), master resell rights (MRR), or done-for-you resale rights. Where those rights are granted, they are described on that product page and are limited to exactly what that description states. Purchasing one product with resale rights does not grant resale rights to any other product.
Violation of this section results in immediate termination of access with no refund, and we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
6. Coaching and Done-For-You Service Terms
Scheduling and rescheduling. Calls must be booked through the scheduling link provided. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Missed calls and no-shows are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or credited.
Your participation. Services require your timely input, including assets, approvals, access, and responses. If you do not provide what is needed, the engagement may be delayed or closed out with no refund. Deliverables and timelines are based on the scope stated at the time of purchase.
Scope. Work outside the agreed scope requires a new agreement and additional payment. Revisions are limited to the number stated on the product page or in your service agreement.
Completion window. Unless otherwise stated, all sessions and deliverables must be used within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions expire with no refund or credit.
7. Community Conduct
Membership in any community we operate is a privilege, not a right. We may remove any member, with no refund, for conduct including harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, solicitation of other members, promotion of competing offers, sharing paid materials, sharing login access, or any behavior that harms the community or its members.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Results are not guaranteed. What you earn depends on your effort, your audience, and your consistency. I am sharing my own experience, not a promise of income.
Nothing sold or stated by Paid to Post Group LLC constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of income, earnings, growth, follower count, sales, or business outcomes. Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or figures referenced are illustrative of what is possible and are not typical, average, or promised results.
We are not licensed attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, or tax professionals. Nothing provided is legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions, your compliance with applicable laws and platform rules, and the results of your actions.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have an issue with your purchase, contact us first at the email listed above. We respond to every legitimate support request and will always work to resolve a delivery or access problem.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after access has been delivered is a breach of these terms. In that event, we will:
Immediately revoke your access to all products, communities, apps, and services
Submit these terms, your agreement to them, and your access and usage records to the payment processor as evidence
Pursue recovery of the disputed amount, plus any dispute fees and collection costs
You waive the right to dispute a charge on the basis of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or non-use.
10. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability
Prices are subject to change at any time. Promotional pricing, discount codes, live-only pricing, fast-action bonuses, and limited-time offers are valid only during the stated window and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase. If you purchase at full price and a discount is later offered, you are not entitled to a credit or refund of the difference. We reserve the right to modify, retire, or discontinue any product or offer at any time.
11. Changes to Products and Access
We may update, improve, restructure, or retire any product, community, app, or tool. Where reasonable, existing purchasers will retain access to an equivalent replacement. Access dependent on a third-party platform may be affected if that platform changes its terms, pricing, or availability, and we are not liable for third-party platform changes, outages, or account actions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Paid to Post Group LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors for any claim arising out of or related to your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
13. Privacy
By purchasing, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your purchase and marketing emails from Paid to Post Group LLC. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails related to your purchase and your access cannot be opted out of. We do not sell your personal information.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Entire Agreement and Updates
These Terms of Purchase, together with the product page description in effect at the time of your purchase and any separate written service agreement you sign, are the entire agreement between you and Paid to Post Group LLC. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
