How it works:
Pay here. Right after payment you'll get the link to the customer brief (a Google Form, about 15–20 minutes). Note on the form that you bought the single-script ($49) offer.
Delivery within 5 business days, starting once I've received both your payment and your completed brief.
Your script arrives as a Google Doc you can edit, copy, and keep.
One revision round: within 7 days of delivery, send all your changes in one request. I'll return the revised script within 2 business days.
Business days means Monday–Friday, Eastern Time, not counting US federal holidays.

Refunds: Full refund if you ask before I've started work on your script, or if I haven't received your completed brief within 14 days of your payment. No refunds once the script has been delivered; the included revision round is how we fix anything that isn't right.
Ownership: Once paid in full, you own the delivered script. I may reuse general topic ideas for other agents, but I won't reuse or share your specific script.
Your review: You and your brokerage are responsible for checking all content (including legal, compliance, and fair-housing review) before you publish it.
AI use: I use AI tools to help with research and first drafts. Every script is reviewed and edited by me before it's delivered.
Your information: Your brief is used only to make your script. It's never sold or shared, and it's deleted 90 days after delivery.
