Three ready-to-record YouTube videos, planned and scripted for your market.

Pilot note: This is a new, small pilot. There are 5 spots at $149, and the price and format may change after the pilot. There are no past results or reviews to show yet. What you get is listed below, and that's all you're paying for.

What you get (for three videos):

• 3 researched video topics, chosen from your brief

• 3 original scripts, each about 3–5 minutes on camera, in your tone

• 3 title options per video (9 total)

• A YouTube description and call to action for each video

• 6 social captions (2 per video)

• 1 round of revisions

All delivered as an editable Google Doc.

Not included: recording, filming, or on-camera coaching; editing, thumbnails, or graphics; uploading or managing your channel; paid ads; legal, compliance, or fair-housing review. No guarantee of leads, views, subscribers, or sales.

How it works:

1. Pay here. Right after payment you'll get the link to the customer brief (a Google Form, about 15–20 minutes).

2. Delivery within 5 business days, starting once I've received both your payment and your completed brief.

3. Your pack arrives as a Google Doc you can edit, copy, and keep.

4. One revision round: within 7 days of delivery, send all your changes in one request by emailing jose030913@gmail.com. I'll return the revised pack within 2 business days.

Business days means Monday–Friday, Eastern Time, not counting US federal holidays.

Refunds: Full refund if you ask before I've started work on your pack, or if I haven't received your completed brief within 14 days of your payment. No refunds once the pack has been delivered; the included revision round is how we fix anything that isn't right.

Ownership: Once the pack is paid in full, you own the delivered scripts. I may reuse general topic ideas for other agents, but I won't reuse or share your specific scripts.

Your review: You and your brokerage are responsible for checking all content (including legal, compliance, and fair-housing review) before you publish it.

AI use: I use AI tools to help with research and first drafts. Every script is reviewed and edited by me before it's delivered.

Your information: Your brief is used only to make your pack. It's never sold or shared, and it's deleted 90 days after delivery.
