✨ Have you ever just known something, and then talked yourself straight out of it?
Maybe you thought of someone and they messaged two minutes later, or you felt the atmosphere in a room before anyone said a word, or you had a gut feeling about a decision, ignored it, and found out later you were right all along.
Everyone has intuition. Most of us just don't trust it, because we've spent years being told to think everything through, so when a feeling pops up that we can't explain, we brush it off as imagination.
So this day is all about your own intuition: learning what it actually feels like for you, how it comes through, and catching the moment your mind jumps in and tries to talk you out of it.
✨ What the day includes
A balance of simple teaching and plenty of guided practice, including:
Discovering how your intuition speaks to you, and which of your senses comes through strongest
Techniques to open and close your energy, so you can read clearly and stop absorbing other people's energy
Various practice exercises, such as reading the energy of objects (psychometry), reading photographs as a group, and giving and receiving intuitive readings in pairs
Learning to recognise the difference between your intuition and your thinking mind
And one of the most important parts - feedback. Throughout the day, we'll keep coming back to:
What did I receive?
What did my mind say about it?
What was the actual feedback?
Because that's where you start to recognise how often your intuition was speaking to you, and you simply didn't trust it.
This will be a relaxed, supportive and very hands-on day. There's no pressure to get anything "right", and you absolutely don't need any previous experience.
In fact, if you're currently thinking "but I'm not intuitive" - this day might just surprise you. 💜

Jenny and Gemma are both intuitive Reiki Master Teachers, and Jenny has also completed multiple certified psychic training courses.
