Deep rest that supports real change.
This is a custom 20–25 minute Yoga Nidra practice designed to guide you into a state of deep rest, where the nervous system can settle and long-held patterns have space to release.
Yoga Nidra is often described as “yogic sleep”- a state between waking and sleeping where the body rests deeply while awareness remains. In this state, commonly associated with theta brainwave activity, the mind becomes more receptive and the nervous system can experience a sense of safety and restoration.
Perfect for:
✨ Deep nervous system regulation and restoration
✨ Help healing from trauma, grief or burnout
✨ Aligning with your purpose or creative calling
✨ Preparing for major life transitions (career shifts, relocation, new chapters)
✨ Reprogramming limiting beliefs that keep you stuck
✨ Releasing old stories about money, worth, or capability
✨ Cultivating self-compassion and trusting your inner wisdom

This is for you if:
You’re ready to move beyond surface level approaches and explore change at a deeper level. You recognize that what you’re working through isn’t just mental... it lives in the body, the nervous system, and long-held patterns.
You’re seeking support that integrates both the psychological and the somatic, while still honoring the spiritual dimension of healing.
You’re ready for rest that doesn’t just feel soothing in the moment, but supports meaningful, lasting change.
Why Yoga Nidra works:
Most meditation practices emphasize staying present and focused. Yoga Nidra offers something different: deep rest while awareness remains intact. It may sound paradoxical, but this combination is what makes the practice so effective.
In this deeply relaxed state (often associated with theta & delta brainwave activity), the mind becomes less guarded. Habitual patterns can soften, the nervous system can downshift, and the body receives clear signals of safety and permission to rest.
In my Yoga Nidra offerings, I intentionally weave together:
Trauma-informed language
No forcing, no “shoulds,” and complete choice throughout the practice.
Somatic awareness
Gentle guidance that helps you reconnect with sensation and the body’s innate intelligence.
Personalized intentions and affirmations
Crafted around what you’re working toward and what support you need right now.
Guided exploration of the koshas
Moving through the layers of experience-physical, energetic, emotional, and mental-to access a deeper sense of integration.
This work isn’t about forcing outcomes or “manifesting from the mind.” It’s about creating enough safety and coherence within the whole system, body, nervous system, and beliefs, so that change can arise naturally and sustainably.
Why Work With Me?
I’ve spent over a decade on this path. Not as someone who claims to have it all figured out, but as a committed student who continues to learn.
My background includes over 1,000 hours of formal training in yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, and QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis), along with ongoing studies in somatic therapy.
What most shapes how I hold space, though, is lived experience: extended periods of silence in meditation retreats, multiple immersive retreats, and my own recovery journey. I understand firsthand what it means to feel disconnected, and what it takes to return to yourself with care and patience.
When you receive a Yoga Nidra from me, you’re receiving a practice rooted in ancient tradition, informed by modern psychology, and offered with deep respect for how subtle and sensitive this work can be.
Perfect as a meaningful gift for yourself or someone you love ❤️
