TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DOWNLOADING AND ACCESSING CHINESE MEDICINE COURSES

Welcome to the Chinese Medicine courses (“Courses”) offered by Jude the Acupuncturist, which is the brand of Jude Massey (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts United Kingdom.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jude the Acupuncturist (brand of Jude Massey) regarding the Courses and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
