TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Total Body Reset Retreats Limited, including purchases made through our website, Stan Store, payment links, checkout pages, email links, social-media platforms or any other sales channel operated by us.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing.

By placing an order, completing payment or selecting a checkbox confirming acceptance, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

1. ABOUT US

These Terms are issued by:

Company: Total Body Reset Retreats Limited

In these Terms, “we,” “us,” “our” and “the Company” refer to Total Body Reset Retreats Limited.

“You,” “your,” “customer,” “participant” and “purchaser” refer to the individual or organisation purchasing or using our Products or Services.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES COVERED

These Terms apply to all Products and Services sold by us, including:

  • E-books, guides, recipes, protocols and downloadable documents.

  • Digital courses, recorded programmes and online academies.

  • Masterclasses, webinars and replay recordings.

  • Live online workshops, challenges and group programmes.

  • Memberships and subscriptions.

  • Group coaching and one-to-one coaching.

  • Consultations and booked calls.

  • One-day retreats, workshops and wellness events.

  • Multi-day retreats and residential experiences, where expressly stated.

  • Physical products, kits, tools or gifts supplied as part of an offer.

  • Bundles containing any combination of digital content, services, events and physical products.

Specific product-page terms, event details, payment-plan terms or booking conditions shown before purchase also form part of your contract with us.

Where there is a direct conflict, any specific written terms displayed for the Product or Service at checkout will take priority over these general Terms, except where doing so would unlawfully restrict your statutory rights.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

By purchasing, you confirm that:

  1. The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  2. You are authorised to use the selected payment method.

  3. You have reviewed the product description, dates, delivery format and suitability requirements.

  4. You are purchasing voluntarily and have had the opportunity to ask relevant questions before payment.

  5. Where a Product or Service includes health, movement, fasting, nutrition, massage or wellness activities, you are responsible for considering whether participation is suitable for you.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised payment, abusive conduct, material misrepresentation or a breach of these Terms.

4. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected Product or Service.

A contract is formed when:

  • We issue a written order or booking confirmation;

  • We provide access to the purchased digital content;

  • We accept payment and begin supplying the Service; or

  • We otherwise communicate that your order has been accepted.

An automated payment receipt does not necessarily amount to acceptance where an obvious pricing error, technical error, unauthorised transaction or availability issue has occurred.

We may reject and refund an order before access or supply begins where:

  • The Product or Service is unavailable.

  • The displayed price was clearly erroneous.

  • Payment was not authorised.

  • We reasonably believe the purchase is fraudulent.

  • You do not satisfy material eligibility or safety requirements.

  • Accepting the booking would expose participants, staff or the business to a material safety or operational risk.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency stated at checkout.

You agree to pay:

  • The full purchase price;

  • Any clearly disclosed taxes;

  • Any agreed instalments;

  • Any separately disclosed delivery charges; and

  • Any other charge expressly accepted before checkout.

Prices may change at any time before purchase.

A later sale, promotional offer, discount, price reduction or bonus does not entitle a previous purchaser to a partial refund, price adjustment, account credit or additional benefit.

Promotional prices apply only during the advertised period or while the specified allocation remains available.

Discount codes:

  • Must be applied before payment.

  • Cannot ordinarily be applied retrospectively.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • May be withdrawn where obtained or used improperly.

  • Cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

6. PAYMENT PLANS

Where we permit payment by instalments, the payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price, not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

Stopping participation, failing to log in, missing sessions, changing your mind, experiencing a change in personal circumstances or ceasing to use the Product or Service does not automatically cancel the remaining payment obligation.

You authorise us and our payment processor to collect instalments on the agreed dates.

You must keep a valid payment method on file.

Where a payment fails, we may:

  • Retry the payment.

  • Request an alternative payment method.

  • Suspend access to the Product or Service.

  • Withhold future sessions, materials, certificates or bonuses.

  • Cancel a discretionary transfer or payment arrangement.

  • Recover reasonable amounts lawfully due.

  • Refer the outstanding balance for lawful debt recovery.

We will not charge penalties that are disproportionate or otherwise unlawful.

Suspension of access does not waive amounts already due.

7. GENERAL FINAL-SALE POLICY

Except where a refund, cancellation or other remedy is required by law, all purchases are final once the contract has been formed.

We do not provide refunds, cancellations, credits or exchanges merely because:

  • You change your mind.

  • You no longer wish to participate.

  • You do not use or complete the Product or Service.

  • You fail to download or access available materials.

  • You expected a different personal outcome.

  • You did not read the product description or these Terms.

  • Your personal, professional, financial, travel or family circumstances change.

  • You experience illness, subject to any applicable legal rights and the event-transfer provisions below.

  • You cannot attend a live session.

  • You miss a deadline, appointment, workshop, class or event.

  • You purchase an incorrect Product.

  • You find a similar or cheaper Product elsewhere.

  • A promotion or lower price is offered later.

  • You disagree with our educational approach after purchase.

  • You fail to implement the information supplied.

  • You are removed because of conduct that materially breaches these Terms.

  • A payment dispute or chargeback is raised without a valid legal basis.

This final-sale policy does not affect your statutory rights where a Product or Service is faulty, materially misdescribed, not supplied, or where another legal right to a remedy applies.

8. DIGITAL CONTENT: E-BOOKS, GUIDES, DOWNLOADS AND RECORDINGS

Digital content includes e-books, PDFs, guides, templates, recordings, recipes, protocols, audio files, videos and other electronically supplied materials.

8.1 Immediate digital supply

Where digital content is made available immediately after purchase, you expressly request and consent to supply beginning before the end of any otherwise applicable statutory cancellation period.

You acknowledge that once downloading, streaming, opening, accessing or other digital supply begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel the digital-content purchase.

Your checkout should therefore require you to confirm:

“I expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I will lose my statutory right to cancel once digital supply begins.”

8.2 No change-of-mind refunds after supply begins

Once digital supply has begun, the purchase is non-refundable for change-of-mind purposes, to the extent permitted by law.

This applies whether or not you:

  • Download every file.

  • Read or watch all content.

  • Complete the programme.

  • Use the information.

  • Achieve a particular result.

8.3 Technical-access issues

You must contact us promptly if you experience a genuine technical-access issue.

We must be given a reasonable opportunity to:

  • Restore access;

  • Replace a corrupted file;

  • Correct a delivery problem;

  • Provide an alternative access method; or

  • Otherwise bring the digital content into conformity with the contract.

A temporary or reasonably remediable access issue does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Nothing in this clause restricts any remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law.

9. DIGITAL COURSES, PROGRAMMES AND MEMBERSHIPS

Access periods will be stated on the relevant product page.

References to “lifetime access” mean access for the commercial lifetime of the relevant Product or platform while it remains supported and operated by us. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, an unconditional promise of permanent hosting or a guarantee that any third-party platform will operate indefinitely.

We may make reasonable changes to:

  • Hosting platforms.

  • Lesson order.

  • File format.

  • Branding.

  • Tutors or guest contributors.

  • Session times.

  • Supporting materials.

  • Community platforms.

  • Technical delivery methods.

Any change will not materially reduce the core Product already purchased without an appropriate reason or remedy.

Access is personal to the named purchaser and may not be:

  • Shared.

  • Resold.

  • Transferred.

  • Sub-licensed.

  • Screen-recorded.

  • Republished.

  • Uploaded to another platform.

  • Used to train others commercially.

  • Distributed through a group, workplace or membership.

  • Made available using shared login details.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these restrictions.

10. LIVE MASTERCLASSES, WORKSHOPS AND ONLINE EVENTS

A live masterclass or workshop may be delivered on a fixed date and time.

Unless expressly promised on the sales page:

  • Attendance is the purchaser’s responsibility.

  • A replay is not guaranteed.

  • Missing the live session does not create a refund entitlement.

  • Technical difficulties affecting your personal equipment, internet connection, email account or device do not create an automatic refund entitlement.

  • The running order and speakers may be reasonably adjusted.

Where a replay is included, the stated replay period begins when access is issued, not when you first watch it.

Replay access may not be shared, copied, downloaded or redistributed unless expressly authorised.

11. COACHING, CONSULTATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS

Appointments must be booked and attended within any stated validity period.

Unless a specific product page states otherwise:

  • At least 48 hours’ written notice is required to request rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Only one reschedule is permitted per appointment.

  • An appointment moved once cannot ordinarily be moved again.

  • Failure to attend results in forfeiture of the appointment.

  • Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or forfeiture.

  • Unused sessions expire at the end of the stated access or booking period.

  • Missed, late-cancelled or expired sessions are non-refundable.

We may make reasonable exceptions in genuine emergencies, but any exception is discretionary and does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent.

Coaching is educational and supportive. It does not guarantee any particular health, business, financial, personal or professional outcome.

12. ONE-DAY RETREATS, WORKSHOPS AND FIXED-DATE EVENTS

12.1 Fixed-date booking

A booking for a one-day retreat, workshop or wellness event reserves a place for a specific date and limits our ability to sell that capacity to someone else.

To the extent permitted by law, fixed-date leisure and event bookings are not subject to a general change-of-mind cooling-off right.

All one-day retreat and fixed-date event bookings are therefore final and non-refundable except where:

  • We cancel the event and do not provide a suitable lawful remedy;

  • A refund or other remedy is required under applicable law; or

  • These Terms expressly state otherwise.

12.2 Customer cancellation

If you cannot attend, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

Your inability to attend because of work, childcare, transport disruption, travel arrangements, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances or illness does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Subject to the conditions below, we may allow the value of your booking to be transferred to an alternative one-day retreat date.

12.3 Discretionary date transfer

A transfer is:

  • Subject entirely to a suitable future event taking place.

  • Subject to available capacity.

  • Limited to one transfer per original booking.

  • Available only to the original named participant.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • Not transferable to a digital product, coaching programme, residential retreat or another person unless we expressly agree.

  • Not guaranteed within any particular period.

  • Subject to any price difference for the replacement date.

  • Subject to the customer complying with all booking and eligibility conditions.

Unless a different period is displayed at checkout, a transfer request must be received at least 14 calendar days before the event.

Requests made fewer than 14 days before the event may be declined because venue, therapist, catering, staffing, product and capacity costs are committed in advance.

Where we approve a transfer:

  • The original payment remains non-refundable.

  • The transferred booking becomes final.

  • A second cancellation or transfer is not permitted.

  • Failure to attend the replacement date results in forfeiture of the booking.

  • Any higher price must be paid before the transfer is confirmed.

  • No refund will be given where the replacement event is priced lower.

A transfer is not confirmed until we issue written confirmation.

12.4 Name changes

We may, at our discretion, allow you to nominate another eligible woman to attend in your place.

A name-change request must:

  • Be submitted in writing.

  • Be received within the deadline stated by us.

  • Include all requested participant details.

  • Satisfy dietary, safety, health and eligibility requirements.

  • Be approved by us in writing.

We may refuse a substitution where it creates safeguarding, insurance, dietary, operational or suitability concerns.

12.5 Failure to attend

Failure to attend, late arrival or leaving early does not entitle you to:

  • A refund.

  • A partial refund.

  • A transfer.

  • A replacement product.

  • A repeat treatment.

  • A credit.

  • Compensation for unused elements.

12.6 Included treatments

Where a retreat includes a massage, lymphatic-drainage treatment or other treatment:

  • You must complete any requested health or contraindication form honestly.

  • The treatment remains subject to practitioner assessment.

  • A practitioner may decline or modify treatment for safety reasons.

  • You must disclose pregnancy, recent surgery, medication, diagnosed conditions, allergies and any relevant medical concern.

  • If the treatment cannot safely proceed, we may substitute a reasonable alternative element where practicable.

  • Inability to receive one included treatment does not automatically cancel the entire retreat booking or create a full refund entitlement.

13. MULTI-DAY AND RESIDENTIAL RETREATS

Where we sell a multi-day or residential retreat, the specific retreat contract, payment schedule and cancellation terms shown during booking will apply.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Passports and visas.

  • Travel insurance.

  • Flights and transportation not expressly included.

  • Medical clearance where appropriate.

  • Entry requirements.

  • Vaccinations or public-health requirements.

  • Personal spending.

  • Arriving at the agreed location and time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not sell or arrange flights.

Where a retreat arrangement falls within mandatory package-travel legislation or another special legal regime, the relevant statutory rights will apply and take priority over any inconsistent provision in these general Terms.

14. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND RETREAT ITEMS

Where physical products are supplied separately or as part of a bundle, they must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose made known and accepted.

Certain goods may not be returnable after opening where an applicable hygiene, health-protection, perishability or personalised-goods exception applies.

Perishable goods, prepared juices, opened wellness products and sealed hygiene-sensitive products that have been unsealed cannot ordinarily be returned for change-of-mind purposes where the law permits.

You must notify us promptly if a physical item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or materially different from its description.

We may require reasonable photographic evidence before arranging a replacement or another appropriate remedy.

15. HEALTH, WELLNESS AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Our content, events, programmes and services are provided for general educational, informational and wellness purposes.

They do not constitute:

  • Medical diagnosis.

  • Medical treatment.

  • Emergency care.

  • Mental-health treatment.

  • Dietetic treatment prescribed for a medical condition.

  • Individual medical advice.

  • A replacement for advice from a doctor or regulated healthcare professional.

You must not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by us.

Results vary between individuals.

We do not guarantee:

  • Weight loss.

  • Disease reversal.

  • Symptom improvement.

  • Hormonal changes.

  • Parasite removal.

  • Detoxification outcomes.

  • Biological-age changes.

  • Income, audience or business growth.

  • Any specific physical, emotional or financial result.

Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will obtain the same outcome.

You remain responsible for your decisions, food choices, fasting practices, exercise, supplement use, medical care and implementation of information.

16. PARTICIPANT HEALTH AND SAFETY

Before participating in fasting, juice cleansing, exercise, massage or another wellness activity, you should seek medical advice where you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Are under medical supervision.

  • Have diabetes or another blood-sugar condition.

  • Have kidney, liver, cardiac or gastrointestinal disease.

  • Have a history of disordered eating.

  • Have recently undergone surgery.

  • Take prescription medication.

  • Have severe allergies.

  • Have another condition that may make participation unsuitable.

You must provide accurate information requested for safety purposes.

We may refuse or modify participation where reasonably necessary to protect you, other participants, staff, contractors or the venue.

We are not responsible for harm caused by:

  • Concealment of relevant information.

  • Failure to follow safety instructions.

  • Participation against professional medical advice.

  • Misuse of our content.

  • Unauthorised extreme fasting or exercise.

  • Consumption of ingredients despite a known allergy or intolerance.

  • Conduct outside the organised event or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.

17. ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

You must inform us in writing of all allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements by the stated deadline.

Although we will use reasonable care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Ingredients may be:

  • Prepared in shared kitchens.

  • Stored near allergens.

  • Handled by third-party venues, caterers or suppliers.

  • Subject to supplier substitutions.

Customers with severe or life-threatening allergies must contact us before booking and should not assume that an event or product is suitable.

Failure to disclose an allergy or requirement may mean that we cannot safely provide part or all of the catering or treatment.

18. EVENT CHANGES

We may make reasonable changes to an event where necessary because of circumstances including:

  • Venue availability.

  • Practitioner or speaker illness.

  • Safety requirements.

  • Supplier failure.

  • Transport disruption.

  • Weather.

  • Public-health requirements.

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Reasonable changes may include:

  • A replacement venue within a reasonable area.

  • A replacement practitioner or speaker with appropriate experience.

  • A revised timetable.

  • A substitute session, treatment, product or ingredient of reasonably comparable purpose or value.

  • A reasonable change in start or finish time.

  • Postponement to an alternative date.

A minor or reasonable change does not automatically entitle the customer to cancel or obtain a refund.

Where a change is material, we will provide the options or remedies required by law.

19. CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY US

We may cancel or postpone an event where reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Insufficient bookings.

  • Venue closure.

  • Illness or incapacity.

  • Practitioner unavailability.

  • Safety concerns.

  • Government restrictions.

  • Severe weather.

  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Where we cancel and cannot provide the purchased service, we will provide the remedy required by law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Transfer to a replacement date;

  • A suitable replacement service;

  • Account credit, where voluntarily accepted by you; or

  • A refund of the affected amount where legally required or where no suitable alternative is supplied.

We are not responsible for separate customer expenses such as hotels, trains, flights, taxis, childcare, clothing or lost income unless liability cannot legally be excluded.

Customers should avoid making non-refundable travel arrangements and should obtain suitable insurance where appropriate.

20. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delay, disruption or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Epidemics or pandemics.

  • Government restrictions.

  • War, terrorism or civil unrest.

  • Fire or flood.

  • Severe weather.

  • Transport shutdown.

  • Utility failure.

  • Widespread internet or platform failure.

  • Industrial action.

  • Venue closure.

  • Supplier failure outside our reasonable control.

Where such an event occurs, we may suspend performance, make reasonable changes or reschedule the affected Service.

This clause does not remove any refund or other right that must be provided under applicable law.

21. CUSTOMER CONDUCT

You must behave respectfully toward our team, contractors, hosts, practitioners, venue staff and other customers.

The following are prohibited:

  • Harassment.

  • Threats.

  • Discrimination.

  • Bullying.

  • Defamation.

  • Abusive or intimidating conduct.

  • Unwanted recording.

  • Deliberate disruption.

  • Unsafe behaviour.

  • Illegal activity.

  • Sharing confidential participant information.

  • Repeated unreasonable or aggressive communications.

  • Misuse of community spaces.

  • Soliciting customers without permission.

  • Infringing intellectual property.

  • Impersonation or fraud.

We may issue a warning, remove you from a session, suspend access or terminate participation where your conduct materially breaches these Terms or creates a safety or welfare risk.

Where removal results from your own material breach, no refund will ordinarily be due except where required by law.

This clause does not prevent you from making a genuine complaint, giving an honest review or exercising a legal right.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content supplied by us is owned by or licensed to Total Body Reset Retreats Limited and is protected by intellectual-property law.

This includes:

  • Videos.

  • Recordings.

  • E-books.

  • Guides.

  • Recipes.

  • Protocols.

  • Worksheets.

  • Presentations.

  • Photographs.

  • Graphics.

  • Logos.

  • Course structures.

  • Workshop materials.

  • Written copy.

  • Audio.

  • Community content.

  • Training methods and branded terminology.

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use purchased content for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce it.

  • Sell or license it.

  • Upload it publicly.

  • Share your login.

  • Distribute it through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, cloud storage or social media.

  • Teach or deliver it as your own programme.

  • Remove copyright or branding.

  • Record live sessions without permission.

  • Use it to create a competing product.

  • Use it to train an artificial-intelligence system.

  • Extract or reproduce a substantial part of a database or collection.

  • Provide access to another person.

Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and legal enforcement.

23. PHOTOGRAPHY, FILMING AND TESTIMONIALS

We will obtain any consent required before using an identifiable participant’s image, voice, testimonial or personal story for promotional purposes.

Where an event is being photographed or filmed, we will provide reasonable notice.

If you do not wish to be included, you must inform us before filming and follow reasonable instructions concerning designated filming areas.

You may not photograph, film or record another participant in a manner that infringes their privacy.

Submitting a testimonial does not automatically transfer unrestricted rights unless the relevant permission is clearly agreed.

24. CONFIDENTIALITY AND COMMUNITY PRIVACY

Group programmes and retreats may involve personal discussions.

You agree not to disclose another participant’s:

  • Health information.

  • Personal story.

  • Contact details.

  • Images.

  • Business information.

  • Private comments.

  • Identity in a confidential context.

We cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with this obligation, but we may remove participants who materially breach it.

25. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND SUPPLIERS

Products and Services may rely on third parties, including:

  • Stan Store.

  • Stripe.

  • PayPal.

  • Email providers.

  • Video-hosting platforms.

  • Community platforms.

  • Venues.

  • Caterers.

  • Massage therapists.

  • Coaches.

  • Delivery companies.

  • Technology providers.

Third-party services may also be governed by their own terms.

We are not responsible for an issue caused solely by your own account, equipment, internet provider or unaffiliated third party.

However, this clause does not remove our legal responsibility for subcontractors or suppliers where the law makes us responsible.

26. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

You should contact us first if you believe a payment error has occurred.

A chargeback must not be used as a substitute for:

  • Reading the refund policy.

  • Requesting support.

  • Cancelling a valid payment plan.

  • Resolving a change-of-mind request.

  • Avoiding payment for content or services already supplied.

Where a chargeback is raised, we may provide the payment provider with relevant evidence, including:

  • Checkout records.

  • Acceptance of these Terms.

  • Login records.

  • Download records.

  • Attendance records.

  • Email correspondence.

  • Delivery confirmation.

  • Session history.

  • Digital-consent acknowledgments.

We may suspend access while a payment dispute is investigated.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from raising a genuine payment dispute or exercising rights provided by their bank, card issuer or applicable law.

27. COMPLAINTS

Complaints should be submitted to:

[INSERT CUSTOMER-SERVICE EMAIL]

Please include:

  • Your full name.

  • Order number.

  • Product or event purchased.

  • Date of purchase.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • The resolution requested.

  • Relevant supporting information.

We will review the complaint and respond within a reasonable period.

You must give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, correct a problem before seeking an alternative remedy, except where the law provides otherwise.

28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Breach of statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss.

  • Loss of profits, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings.

  • Loss caused by reliance on general educational content as medical or professional advice.

  • Personal travel or accommodation costs arising from a customer’s inability to attend.

  • Loss caused by a customer’s failure to follow instructions.

  • Loss resulting from information the customer failed to disclose.

  • Technical issues outside our reasonable control.

  • Results that differ from testimonials or expectations.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected Product or Service.

29. INDEMNITY FOR CUSTOMER MISCONDUCT

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses reasonably incurred by us because of:

  • Your fraud.

  • Your unlawful activity.

  • Your infringement of our intellectual property.

  • Your unauthorised distribution of content.

  • Your deliberate damage to a venue or equipment.

  • Your material breach of confidentiality.

  • Your provision of knowingly false information.

This provision does not make a consumer responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or were caused by our own breach.

30. DATA PROTECTION

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

Health, allergy and dietary information supplied for retreat safety will be handled only for legitimate operational, safety and legal purposes.

Our Privacy Policy should be available before purchase and must be read alongside these Terms.

31. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may suspend or terminate access where you:

  • Fail to pay an amount lawfully due.

  • Share login details.

  • Copy or distribute protected content.

  • Engage in fraud.

  • Abuse staff or participants.

  • Create a safety risk.

  • Materially breach these Terms.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may first provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

Termination does not remove any accrued payment obligation or intellectual-property restriction.

32. TRANSFER AND ASSIGNMENT

Your purchase is personal and may not be transferred unless these Terms or the relevant product description expressly permit it.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another business where this does not reduce your legal protections.

33. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unlawful, unfair or unenforceable, it will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

34. NO WAIVER

A delay or failure by us to enforce a right does not waive that right.

A discretionary exception granted to one customer does not create an entitlement for another customer or require us to make the same exception in the future.

35. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The terms applying to a purchase will ordinarily be those accepted when the contract was formed.

We will not retrospectively impose a material disadvantage on an existing consumer contract merely by publishing updated terms.

Updated terms may apply to future purchases, renewals or new bookings after reasonable notice.

36. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction under applicable law.

37. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the relevant product description, checkout information, Privacy Policy and any specific written booking conditions form the agreement between you and us.

They replace previous discussions or representations relating to the purchase, except that nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud or prevents reliance on information that legally forms part of the contract.

38. CHECKOUT ACCEPTANCE

Before completing a purchase, the customer must be required to actively select an unticked box stating:

“I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, including the applicable final-sale, cancellation, transfer and payment-plan provisions.”

For immediately delivered digital content, a separate unticked checkbox should state:

“I expressly request immediate access to the digital content before the end of the statutory cancellation period. I understand that once digital supply begins, I will lose my statutory right to cancel the digital-content purchase.”

For a fixed-date retreat or event, the checkout should clearly display:

“I understand that this is a fixed-date event with limited capacity. My booking is final and non-refundable except where required by law. One transfer to another available date may be considered under the Terms and is not guaranteed.”
