If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.

The availability, pricing, features, and contents of any product or service may be changed at any time.
3. Educational and Athletic Performance Disclaimer
All information, training programs, coaching, videos, recommendations, and other materials provided by JUrrutia LLC are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
JUrrutia LLC does not guarantee any specific athletic result, including but not limited to faster race times, personal records, scholarships, college recruitment, team selection, championships, professional contracts, NIL opportunities, injury prevention, or any specific level of athletic performance.
Athletic results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including genetics, training history, coaching environment, consistency, nutrition, recovery, health, injuries, competition, and individual effort.
Results will vary from person to person.
4. Health and Medical Disclaimer
JUrrutia LLC does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, physical therapy, or medical treatment.
Training programs and coaching should not be considered a substitute for advice from a qualified physician, athletic trainer, physical therapist, or other healthcare professional.
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically capable of participating in any training activity.
You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise or training program if you have any medical condition, injury, health concern, or reason to believe exercise may be unsafe for you.
If you experience pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, or other concerning symptoms during training, stop participating and seek appropriate medical attention.
5. Assumption of Risk
You understand that sprinting, running, strength training, plyometrics, weightlifting, conditioning, jumping, and other athletic activities involve inherent risks.
These risks may include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, ligament injuries, falls, fractures, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, overuse injuries, collisions, and other serious injuries.
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in a JUrrutia LLC training program or coaching service, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with athletic training and physical activity to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You remain responsible for your own training decisions, technique, environment, equipment, and physical condition.
6. Personal Use License
All training programs, videos, documents, worksheets, graphics, written materials, coaching materials, photographs, recordings, and other content provided by JUrrutia LLC are owned by JUrrutia LLC or used with appropriate permission.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal use.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
Unless written permission is provided by JUrrutia LLC, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, upload, republish, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit our products or content.
You may not purchase a training program and distribute it to teammates, coaches, friends, clients, organizations, or other third parties.
Unauthorized sharing or resale may result in termination of access and additional legal remedies where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All original content created by JUrrutia LLC, including training programs, branding, videos, photographs, graphics, educational materials, written content, and other intellectual property, remains the property of JUrrutia LLC.
Nothing contained on the website or within any purchased product should be interpreted as granting you ownership of trademarks, copyrighted materials, branding, likenesses, or other intellectual property belonging to JUrrutia LLC or third parties.
8. Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with products or services you purchase.
You are responsible for providing a valid payment method and ensuring that payment information is accurate.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or other providers.
JUrrutia LLC is not responsible for interruptions, errors, security issues, or other problems caused directly by third-party payment platforms.
9. Digital Products and Refunds
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales of digital products are final unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will generally not be issued because a customer changed their mind, failed to use the product, did not achieve a desired result, purchased the wrong product, or no longer wishes to participate.

JUrrutia LLC may provide replacement access or another reasonable remedy.
10. Coaching Services
Coaching services may include individualized advice, training feedback, video analysis, consultations, training recommendations, or other personalized services.
The exact services provided will depend on the coaching package purchased.
Purchasing coaching does not guarantee any particular athletic outcome.
Clients are responsible for communicating honestly about injuries, physical limitations, training schedules, competition schedules, and other relevant information.
11. Coaching Calls and Appointments
If your purchase includes a scheduled coaching call or consultation, you are responsible for scheduling and attending the appointment.
Scheduled appointments are generally non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a coaching call, you must contact jordanurru07@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Requests made fewer than 24 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without appropriate notice may also forfeit that session.
JUrrutia LLC may reschedule a session when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative time.
12. Monthly Coaching and Subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring coaching plan or subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method on file according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previously processed payments or services already provided.
Any specific cancellation terms displayed on the product page at the time of purchase will also apply.
13. No Guarantee of Availability
JUrrutia LLC may modify, discontinue, update, remove, or replace any product, service, feature, training resource, or coaching offering at any time.
We do not guarantee that every product or service will remain available indefinitely.
If a purchased product becomes unavailable before it is delivered, an appropriate replacement or refund may be provided.
14. Accuracy of Information
JUrrutia LLC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information.
However, training science, sports performance practices, technology, rules, and other information may change over time.
We do not guarantee that every piece of information provided will always be completely accurate, current, or applicable to every individual.
15. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the information provided by JUrrutia LLC.
You agree to use reasonable judgment when applying training recommendations.
You are responsible for following rules imposed by your school, university, athletic organization, governing body, coaching staff, medical providers, or other applicable organization.
JUrrutia LLC is not responsible for consequences resulting from your violation of team rules, athletic regulations, eligibility rules, academic requirements, or applicable laws.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, website hosting platforms, email providers, video platforms, scheduling services, social media platforms, and other technology services.
JUrrutia LLC is not responsible for outages, interruptions, lost data, payment-processing issues, account restrictions, or other problems caused by third-party providers.
Any dispute involving a third-party provider may also be governed by that provider’s own terms.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JUrrutia LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, products, coaching, training materials, or services.
This includes, where permitted by law, damages relating to personal injury, lost athletic opportunities, lost revenue, lost profits, loss of data, missed competitions, inability to use a product, or reliance on information provided through our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. No Warranties
Products, services, coaching, and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
JUrrutia LLC makes no guarantee that a training program will produce a particular performance result, coaching will meet every individual’s expectations, the website will operate without interruption, or digital materials will be completely free from technical errors.
19. Indemnification
You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless JUrrutia LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products or services, violation of applicable law, violation of another person’s rights, or information or materials you submit through our services.
20. Communications
By providing your email address in connection with a purchase, coaching service, or account, you agree that JUrrutia LLC may send you communications reasonably related to your purchase or services.
These may include purchase confirmations, coaching information, scheduling information, program updates, customer-service communications, and other transactional notices.
Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and applicable unsubscribe rights.

Payment information may be processed directly by third-party payment processors.
Your use of this website is also subject to any applicable Privacy Policy displayed on the website or storefront.
22. Minors
Customers under the age of 18 should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing coaching services, participating in training programs, or submitting personal information.
JUrrutia LLC may require parental or guardian consent for certain coaching services involving minors.
23. Refusal or Termination of Service

Termination for violation of these Terms may occur without a refund where permitted by applicable law.
