HOW IT WORKS

This small first version is intentionally One to One 1:1. I'm only looking to work with people I’m confident will get a great transformation. We’ll work together for 90 days to accomplish your eight 8 steps.

1. Clarity

Define your through-line, “umbrella niche” connecting your experience, skills, stories, interests, values, and ambitions. Choose the core nonfiction idea that connects all publishing assets, clarify your why, the legacy you want to build, your audience, and what not to pursue right now.

2. Validate

Make sure it will fly by pressure-testing your idea with potential readers, listeners, and clients. Refine the positioning, language, problem, and transformation based on what resonates in the market.

3. Podcast

Define the promise, listener, transformation, name it, position it, choose the format and cadence, map the first season, set up recording, hosting, distribution, and launch.

4. Book

Define the promise, reader, transformation, working title,  structure, and completion plan.

5. System

Craft an individualized content matrix to build a repeatable workflow flywheel based on your current macro and micro publishing goals. Establish customized, achievable publishing habits that you are guaranteed to follow through on.

6. Repurpose

Turn each episode into long-term assets: manuscript material, newsletters, social posts, clips, quotes, frameworks, stories, talks, and lead-generation content.

7. Offers

8. Compound
