6. REFUND POLICY & PAYMENT TERMS
Due to the nature of digital products, trainings, webinars, classes, and online materials, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
By purchasing from the Company, you acknowledge and agree:
You will not receive a refund under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of results, or failure to attend any live or recorded session
Access to digital content is considered delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged
Failure to attend a webinar, class, coaching call, or training does not qualify you for a refund
You are responsible for reviewing all product details prior to purchase
All payment plans must be completed in full. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of usage or satisfaction.
The Company reserves the right to pursue collections or legal action for unpaid balances.
Refunds will only be considered in limited cases of:

7. CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing from the Company, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
If a chargeback is initiated:
Access to all products and services will be revoked immediately
The Company will provide proof of agreement and purchase
The Company reserves the right to recover funds and associated fees
8. CALLS & APPOINTMENTS
If your purchase includes calls:
All bookings are non-refundable
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
Missed calls or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session
All cancellations must be sent to the Company via email.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Company is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, including but not limited to payment processors, hosting platforms, or software providers.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JKN STRATEGIC CONSULTING LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
