You’ve Tried Everything to heal from your family member, your toxic ex, or the person who betrayed you… But Something Is Still Stuck In Your Body preventing you from being able to do so.
And you've tried so many things – therapy, journaling, meditation, breathwork… and you’re aware of the things you’re trying to fix.
But your body still feels tense, your mind keeps spinning, and old relationship wounds keep popping up. You’re noticing your health and gut issues potentially getting worse… and it’s all because you have stored trauma in your body that will not be fixed by talking about your feelings or writing them down.
There's nothing wrong with you—you’ve just been carrying energy from past relationships and traumatic experiences that haven't had a chance to release yet.
This is where the Uhiwai Ceremony meets you—right at the root of emotional, physical, and energetic stuckness so that you can finally break free from this stuck trauma and release it.
Why You Still Feel Stuck
Traditional approaches like talk therapy or journaling often focus on the mind or body, but emotional wounds are actually stored in the foundation of your nervous system FIRST—in your gut. The energetic seat of the spirit in ancient Hawaiian healing. When you heal from the gut where spirit lives first, everything else works.
Your gut holds the memory of past emotional experiences, especially trauma and relationship wounds. When this energy isn’t properly released – it gets stored. It creates tension, anxiety, and patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode or fight-or-flight. This is why you consistently have bloat, knots in your stomach, and digestive issues, even when you’re eating healthy.
True nervous system regulation begins from the INSIDE out, and to properly do that, it goes like this:
• 1.) CLEARING the gut where emotional energy and memory are stored.
• 2.) RECONNECT the spirit to body to mind.
• 3.) RELEASE energy at its root so your nervous system can finally relax and you can finally let go.
Modern science calls this bottom-up healing, explained by the Polyvagal Theory. Affirmations, talk therapy, or mindfulness alone can’t reach this deeply—because they don’t treat the source and root cause as to why it’s all actually happening. It’s like putting a band-aid on a bullet wound.
Why the Uhiwai Ceremony Works
Passed down through my Hawaiian ancestors for generations, this ceremony goes where nothing else can.
I came back to this practice during a season of my life when I was physically exhausted, emotionally overwhelmed, and trying to create a different future for my family. I knew I wanted more for my life, but I also knew I couldn't carry the weight of old relationship wounds, resentment, fear, guilt, and obligation into the future I was trying to build.
For years, I searched for answers through different approaches, but I still felt stuck. The turning point came when I realized I wasn't just carrying stress, I was also carrying unresolved relationship burdens that were keeping my body in survival mode and preventing me from moving forward the way I knew I was meant to.
This ceremony became the foundational practice that helped me release those burdens, reconnect with myself, and move forward. It changed everything for me.
Today, I share the same practice that helped me heal my own relationship burdens and reclaim my life. This self-led experience is rooted in ancestral Hawaiian teachings, shaped by years of personal practice, and designed to help others walk this path for themselves.
Passed down through my Hawaiian ancestors for generations, this ceremony goes where nothing else can.
When you learn how to practice this, you will:
• Move through your emotional defenses without bypassing them and avoiding them so you finally can heal through your stuck trauma.
• Release stagnant, protective, and traumatic energy that is keeping you stuck and keeping your mind racing.
• Heal relationship wounds at the root so you can finally feel free.
• Reintegrate cleared energy into your body and mind to finally feel peace.
• Build emotional capacity that naturally gives you calm, presence, and quiet power.
Each time you release an uhiwai through ceremony, you peel back another layer, moving closer and closer to the life you’re meant for.

How This Practice is Taught
This ceremony is taught through observation, participation, and experience.
You do not need to memorize every movement or intellectually understand every gesture before beginning.
The Hawaiian way of learning emphasizes watching, listening, and allowing understanding to deepen through practice.
This is a self-led experience designed for people who trust themselves enough to participate rather than perform perfectly.

What To Expect:
This isn't a traditional online course with hours of teaching; It's a self-led ceremonial experience.
The lessons prepare you for the ceremony, help you identify what you're ready to release (if you don't already know), and explain how to approach it.
Then you'll watch me perform the Uhiwai Ceremony first (and revisit it whenever you'd like) before completing it yourself using your own person, relationship, or memory.
The transformation doesn't come from watching me; it comes from participating in your own ceremony.
