3 part Payment Plan available. See below.

A six-part virtual course designed to help you explore the ideas in Tired of Being ‘Good’ through nervous system education, personal stories, and guided somatic practices.

The Lab was created to accompany the book, but it can also be taken as a stand-alone course.

Section 1: What Is Fawning?

Learn what the fawn response is, how it develops, and how to recognize where it shows up in your own life.

Practice: Map your nervous system responses and fawning patterns.

Section 2: Boundaries

Explore porous, rigid, and balanced boundaries, including the common overswing from people-pleasing into cutting people off.

Practice: Connect with the felt sense of embodied boundaries.

Section 3: Anger

Learn about the biological purpose of anger, how suppressed anger can build into rage, and why anger is closely connected to boundaries.

Practice: Explore how your anger wants to move.

Section 4: Villain Work

Explore why being disliked, misunderstood, or seen as “bad” can feel threatening to a nervous system that learned safety through goodness.

Practice: Experiment with embodying the qualities you associate with someone unapologetic, direct, or boundaried.

Section 5: Sexual Fawning

Learn how sexual fawning can show up in consensual relationships, including performance, non-concordance, and disconnection from your own pleasure.

Practice: Exploring the felt-sense of what empowered, authentic sexuality would feel like

Section 6: Attuning to Safe Connection

Explore rupture and repair, resourcing, and how the nervous system slowly builds capacity for authenticity and connection.

Practice: Let in small moments of safety, connection, and feeling like yourself.

For deeper individualized support, you can continue this work through one-on-one somatic sessions.
