• Digital downloads – resume templates, guides, and worksheets.
• Other related services – any additional offerings listed on our site.
1.2 Each paid service lists how many rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are available for an extra fee.
1.3 For services that include direct support from a writer, support is available until the final version is delivered and for up to one week afterward.
1.4 All communication is handled online (email or shared documents). We do not offer phone consultations.
1.5 Final documents are delivered in Google Docs and Microsoft Word formats.
1.6 We may quote your written feedback as testimonials using only your first name and last initial.
2. Payment & Refunds
2.1 Payment is collected in full at checkout.
2.2 Digital Downloads: All digital products are final and non-refundable because files are delivered instantly.
2.3 Services: Payments for resume writing, reviews, optimization, or related work become non-refundable once work begins.
3. Results Disclaimer
We strive to provide high-quality work, but we do not guarantee job placement, interview offers, or specific career outcomes. Results depend on your background, qualifications, and job-search efforts.
4. Your Responsibility for Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all final content. We are not liable for any claims arising out of inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information you provide.
5. Intellectual Property & License for Digital Downloads
5.1 All digital files remain the intellectual property of Kantan HQ LLC. When you purchase a template or digital download, you receive a single-user license for personal use only.
5.2 You may not share, resell, recreate, or distribute our files to third parties.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of the Site or Services means you accept the revised Terms.
