I speak to rooms where the stakes are real.
Rooms where complexity is the terrain, where safety, culture, power, gender, and identity are not background noise but the actual subject. Where the people in the seats are navigating systems that weren't built for them and looking for language precise enough to act on.
I bring a social worker's lens, rigorous analytical thinking, deep Pacific cultural grounding, and the kind of relational precision that makes difficult conversations not just possible, but productive.
I speak and moderate on:
• Violence prevention, and why prevention is a team sport
• Safeguarding in sport, from a policy on paper to practice on the ground
• Gender equality and what transformative change actually requires in practice
• Safeguarding, accountability, and institutional trust in fragile contexts
• Pacific cultural intelligence as prevention methodology, not background
• Leading from two worlds, and what it costs to navigate systems not built for you
• Storytelling as evidence, and how lived experience becomes structural argument
Keynote speaking (30 to 60 minutes). Original, researched talks that move between analytical argument and cultural story. I don't deliver generic inspiration. I deliver a perspective on a specific problem your audience is living inside.
Panel moderation and hosting (45 to 90 minutes). I hold panels where the power dynamics are uneven, the stakes are high, and the trust is still being built. My moderation style is precise, culturally attuned, and designed to draw out the insight that usually stays unsaid.
Facilitated workshops (60 to 90 minutes or more). Structured working sessions that move groups through conversations they've been avoiding, with enough safety to speak honestly and enough rigour to produce something useful at the end.
Recent engagements include moderating the NGO CSW Youth Series, keynoting at James Cook University, moderating Sport Is Ceremony: Kinship, Capital, and Feminist Futures in the Pacific at Women Deliver 2026 in Narrm, and leading safeguarding and gender equality sessions commissioned by the British High Commission Papua New Guinea and Netball Australia.
What's Included
