I’m Kelley Erickson, a Functional Mental Health Practitioner, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Functional Nutrition Coach, and Level 1 Coherence Therapy practitioner. My work integrates functional medicine, emotional physiology, trauma resolution, and quantum biology to rebuild the internal architecture that allows a person to feel stable, clear, and self-led.

God’s design of the human body amazes me. I also am in awe at the natural world He created. Before taking Kelley’s class, I understood that nature shows us the Creator behind the created, but after taking Kelley’s class, I am in deeper awe of the intricacies of His design—both in the human body and in the natural world, and I realize at a much deeper level how He designed us to live harmoniously with His natural creation! I used to have the idea that nutrition was two dimensional—eating and exercising. But after learning from Kelley, I have come to realize (and appreciate) that nutrition is everything we intake from the world around us—our light environments, the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, the way we move our bodies, all of our experiences—past and present, and our mindset. We need alignment in all of these areas to be truly healthy! Kelley’s class was a great balance between scientific data and practical application. She encourages her students to make small changes so we can be successful in the long run. And those small changes do add up to big differences! I appreciate the work that Kelley is doing to help women be truly healthy—spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. Praise be to God for her gift!

I’ve been hungry for a change and answers to my health concerns for over 10 years. There are so many opinions, advices and tools thrown at you from people but nothing has ever stuck or made sense. Along comes kelley and the nervous system reset course. I have never had anyone be able to explain the process so clearly and comprehensively. Kelley's 12 week coaching program is not only informative it is fundamental. It felt like most of us were experiencing the same " symptoms " if you will. Life is going to continue to be life and what we need is a simple yet effective tool kit to rely on when feeling overwhelmed or have fallen into a rut.
