Are you doing everything RIGHT - in business, in relationships and family dynamics, and yet...there's a quiet ache, or a slight echo of something isnt quite right?
Let me ask you something else. How long have you been holding it all together for everyone but yourself?
Did you know that over functioning is anxiety management? I didn't.
The first time I heard someone talk about anxiety, outside of a clinical setting, my mouth dropped. I thought "Do I have anxiety?"
The next time it occurred to me wasn't because I had some panic attack in the middle of a grocery store (though that did happen one time), it was when I realized I was micromanaging clients. I was "needing" them to get better, so I could feel competent. And when they didn't progress at a rate that felt "good", I felt like a failure.
And the last time that it really landed like a brick, was when a psychiatrist diagnosed me with GAD!!! What? I dont have generalized anxiety disorder. This man doesnt even know me.
Over functioning was the tool that managed my anxiety. That kept it from being labeled or even internally experienced as anxiety.
The fear that lived beneath it: I wouldn't be loved, accepted or even belong inside of my family unit (or own a business) if I removed the over functioning.
But, here's the thing no one wants to say out loud. Over functioning serves a purpose. For me it was safety and belonging. And you cant just STOP doing it. You need to build structure to replace that coping strategy. As with any other coping strategy. You need tools. You need to see yourself outside of the role. You need to know (and have experiences that reinforce) that having needs doesnt make you weak, or incompetent, or unlovable. And that work is real work.
There's another thing I want to be honest about, because over functioning means stuff GETS done. And no one, especially the highly intelligent, high capacity woman wants to suddenly just start dropping the ball and watch everything fall apart. That is crazy talk.
I like completing things. I like moving with a swiftness. I like living life. I bet you didn't get to be a CEO, or founder of a company because you let things go undone.
This work doesnt ask you to stop being a BOSS - it asks you to be able to discern between what belongs to you, what can be delegated, what needs to go and what needs reinforcement.
That's it. Differentiation.
What is mine to hold, and what can someone else reasonably complete. Can you trust yourself to build the team around you that can hold their own? Can you take that vacation and know that the house or the business isnt going to fall to pieces before you get back? Can you let someone else hold their own emotional content, and experience the full weight of their own decisions? Does thinking about it cause you anxiety? It did for me, until I learned how to SEE myself clearly.
You dont need to know anything about the Nervous System, attachment trauma or coping strategies to navigate this work. We aren't trying to manage your beliefs and behaviors, either. Belief lives on the surface, and can always be challenged, reframed and reinforced.
Soothing dysregulation on repeat, without touching the thing that keeps producing it, isn’t healing. It’s maintenance work. That is why you have to keep doing it, or it stops working.
Over functioning is a solution, not a problem. Our work together is to locate the source, what the problem actually is, and create a new solution. One that allows your essence to run every business meeting, every PTA conference, and scheduling for a family of 5. You still do the things, but the energy that drives it doesnt ask that you override your own essence.
This is the work we do together: precisely excavating what lives below conscious awareness, while supporting the biology that has held it in place. Separating thought from emotion. Behavior from action. Fact from narrative. YOUR nervous system from someone else’s.
Learning where your authorship starts and stops; what’s yours to hold, and what was never yours to fix.
From there: seeing yourself clearly.
Boundaries that actually stick. Taking up space without the guilt spiral that used to follow five minutes later.
I will be honest with you, this work asks something of you. Emotional access, energetic capacity, and a baseline of ground level stability. Some of that we build in session but where you start will shape how the work moves.
I’m Kelley Erickson, a Functional Mental Health Practitioner, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Functional Nutrition Coach, and Level 1 Coherence Therapy practitioner. My work integrates functional medicine, emotional physiology, trauma resolution, and quantum biology to rebuild the internal architecture that allows a person to feel stable, clear, and self-led.
These sessions are not talk therapy or mindset coaching. They are system recalibrations, a deep, structured process for restoring coherence across your biology, your emotions, and your field.
This is a space to return to yourself, not by bypassing what you feel, but by learning to interpret it accurately.
Your emotions become data.
Your body becomes the compass.
Your field becomes the boundary.
Overtime, together, it is possible to:
• Create a new nervous system baseline
Rebuild stability, reduce reactivity, and create coherence between body, mind, and awareness.
• Resolve inherited patterns of anger, shame, and fear
These are not “negative emotions.” They are the core frequencies that shape identity, boundaries, and protection.
• Restore metabolic and physiological integrity
Support mitochondrial health, circadian rhythms, and the biochemical pathways that impact mood, fatigue, and resilience.
• Translate emotion into grounded action
Using the “I Am, I Feel, I Need” structure and Trigger Method sequencing, you’ll learn how to convert emotional activation into clarity, choice, and boundary language.
• Strengthen intuition and internal authority
Reconnect with your own perception so decision-making becomes effortless and self-trust stabilizes.
Emotional Sovereignty - You stop confusing emotional intensity for truth and learn to interpret your inner world without collapsing into it.
Energetic Integrity- Your field becomes self-contained, so sensitivity turns into discernment instead of depletion.
Coherence- You no longer fragment to adapt. You move from a unified internal structure—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Embodiment - Insight integrates into lived experience. Peace becomes power, not passivity.
This is more than coaching. This is structural restoration of the self.
If you’re navigating burnout, emotional loops, chronic fatigue, or a sense that your system is out of sync, these sessions give you a blueprint for stabilization. A blueprint rooted in physiology, field dynamics, and emotional mechanics.

WHAT CHANGES
The gap between what you know and what you do begins to close, because the skill to act from that knowledge has been built
Your nervous system, your identity, and your perception begin to move in the same direction, coherence that you feel, not just describe
You stop waiting to feel ready and start recognizing that you were never broken, only operating without the right conditions to fully become yourself
