1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All products sold through this store are digital products. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated otherwise. Digital files may include PDF documents, editable PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, checklists, templates, guides, or other downloadable resources.
2. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials in your own real estate business.
You may customize templates with your own name, branding, brokerage information, photographs, contact information, market information, and other business-specific content. You may also use customized versions with your own clients and prospects as part of your real estate services.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the original template, design, or intellectual property to you.
3. YOU MAY NOT
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, copy for distribution, give away, or otherwise provide the original or editable digital files to another person or business.
You may not upload the templates to another website, marketplace, membership, shared drive, template library, course, or digital-product platform for distribution.
You may not modify these products and then sell or distribute the modified versions as your own templates or digital products.
Each purchase is intended for use by the individual purchaser and their own real estate business unless a separate team, brokerage, or commercial license is expressly provided.
4. PROFESSIONAL & REAL ESTATE DISCLAIMER
These products are provided as educational, organizational, marketing, and business resources for real estate professionals. They are not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, inspection, engineering, or other professional advice.
Templates are designed to be customized. The purchaser is responsible for reviewing all materials before use and ensuring that their final materials comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws; fair housing requirements; MLS rules; brokerage policies; advertising requirements; licensing regulations; and any other rules applicable to their real estate business.
Nothing contained in these products guarantees that a purchaser will obtain a listing, generate leads, sell a property, achieve a particular sales price, increase income, or achieve any specific business or transaction result.
5. REALTOR® TRADEMARK
REALTOR® is a federally registered membership mark of the National Association of REALTORS®. 6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical problem accessing or opening a purchased file, please contact the seller so reasonable assistance can be provided.
7. SOFTWARE & EDITING
Some products may require third-party software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or compatible software. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they have access to the appropriate software needed to use or edit the product.
Fonts, photographs, logos, market statistics, agent information, testimonials, property information, and other content appearing in promotional images or sample templates may be for demonstration purposes only unless specifically stated otherwise.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the original designs, layouts, written content, templates, worksheets, checklists, and other materials included with these products remain the intellectual property of the seller and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product grants a license to use the product as described in these Terms & Conditions; it does not constitute a sale or transfer of the underlying intellectual property rights.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the seller shall not be responsible for losses, damages, claims, expenses, or business outcomes arising from the purchaser's use, misuse, modification, or reliance upon these digital products.
The purchaser remains responsible for all professional decisions and for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of information used with clients, consumers, properties, transactions, advertising, and marketing.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.
